Yes, they were regular 24-hour days, just like normal!
We know that the 6 days of Creation were actual days, because it is written
in Genesis 1 "And there was evening and there was morning". This
phrase is used to describe all 6 days.

Only DAYS have an evening and a morning; huge periods of
time (or an ERA) do not.
