A Quick Word...
The COMPAS Project is the culmination of the
work, advice, assistance, and aspirations of a very diverse group
of individuals who's efforts we would like to recognize below.
While this list is not comprehensive, it is meant as a special
token of appreciation to all of those who worked behind the scenes
in: conceptualizing the project format, goals, and objectives;
writing the initial grant proposal, organizing the New York Policy
Conference; organizing the DC retreat; and working to implement
the findings from the retreat, and formalize a network of policy
professionals.
To read an excerpt from the original proposal as well
as to learn about similar efforts under way in Texas and California
please visit the Academy for Educational Development's PPIA Program's
Regional Conference site.
