America was founded and established by our Founders as a
no-tax nation ! THE PEOPLE of America were NEVER
TO BE TAXED - on ANYTHING ! That was a firm rule and policy and LAW of our
Founders ! The Constitution FORBIDS TAXATION ON THE PEOPLE or the
LAND ! That was one of the main reasons America was established and
the Revolutionary War fought in the first place !
That was the reason for the Boston Tea
Party ! Anytime the people had a tax put on them - THEY REBELLED ! - As it
should be ! It is our Constitutional RIGHT NOT to be burdened with taxes ! That is the whole concept of American FREEDOM !
Taxes are an ENSLAVING TOOL TO MAKE SLAVES OUT OF THE PEOPLE AND MAKE THE PEOPLE
SERVE THE GOVERNMENT

Hear it from our Founders
:
Congress, May 27, 1830, President Andrew Jackson stated:
"Through the favor of an overruling and indulgent Providence
(God) our country is blessed with general prosperity and our citizens
exempted from the pressure of taxation, which
other less favored portions of the human family are obliged to
bear."
Taxation began with Republican Elitist Lincoln in 1861. He
taxed not only the incomes of the people directly, but he also taxed
their land , making this nation a Socialist nation instead of the Free Republic
our Founders established it as. Taxing the land by the Union Federal Gov't
made all land the property of the gov't ! The people no longer
OWNED their own land once taxation of the land began. (They 'rented it'
from the gov't via taxes). The government owned and controlled EVERYTHING
once Lincoln became President and he changed everything, including the
Constitution and his own extended powers, making himself the dictator over all
!
He totally threw aside the Constitution and the Bill of
Rights. And anyone who complained, he threw in jail with no trial
!
The Constitution FORBADE the direct taxation of the people or their
land !
But Lincoln just ignored the parts of the Constitution he didn't
like and wrote up his own "Amendments" ! (Amendments that were never officially
ratified or passed !) Learn our TRUE history that this gov't
has kept hidden and never wants you to know ! Lincoln was NOT
the 'hero' he was invented to be ! 1861 was the year our Founder's America
and Constitution died and the Powers Elite (One World Gov't - they didn't call
it that back then - they called it "The Union") took over and hid behind
the new Federal Government of Lincoln's creation !! It is the Marxist
system and we are still under it ! That is why they call this the
"government of Lincoln" to this day. Lincoln was a dedicted Marxist as
were those who formed the Republican Party in 1854.
That is what the Democrat/Republican parties stand for - that is
why we have had the two-party-only system enforced all these years ! All
by purposeful design ! In case you don't know it, the Dems and
Repubs are two branches of the SAME Elite party ! Both owned and
controlled by the same Elite One World Government Order !
But the Government was to be the
SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE ! And once the government became a tyranny, like it
is and has been for the past 147 years, the people were to DISMANTLE IT !
Founder Thomas Jefferson made that clear in his Declaration of Independence

Our FOUNDERS set things up to be just the OPPOSITE of what we have ! For the PEOPLE TO OWN ALL THE
LAND was the very base of this nation, and if you really
own something, NO ONE can come along
and tax it or burden it in anyway (including Communist zoning) ! Keep
that in mind as you read on.
All the greedy developers and
politicians have USED taxes to run family farmers off their land ! These
farmers are the very backbone of this nation !
This is the gravest sin this nation
could ever have ! Farmers, of all people, should
be the most protected ! THEY are the ones who MADE AMERICA
the nation it became !! Family farmers are the
FOUNDATION OF THE NATION - and what happens once you destroy the
foundation of anything ? It falls and fails ! But you can't
tell that to greedy green-eyed monsters who can only smell the money and power
and only hear the currency in their pockets ! ! 'Greed' is named as
one of the 7 deadly sins for a reason ! And they never get enough wealth
or power - they keep grabbing for more - which is the first of the 7
deadly sins = gluttony !
And in the future when the terrible
famines come (and they will come) only the family farmers would be able to save
anyone from starvation !
At present this so-called ' Federal US
government' has confiscated and have under their control (via another
corporation - Monsanto -) all the seeds, and have put patents on them, if you
can imagine that since plant seeds were always considered 'public' property and
'God's nature' and not patentable, and now the 'government' controls every
single type of 'food' in the nation and every bite you put in your mouth !
They are currently gaining control of all the water in the nation as
well. Now THAT is TOTAL CONTROL ! No other
dictatorship ever went this far ! But this US Federal Corporation
HAS ! And more ! But that is a subject for another web
page.
Our Founders made it so the Federal US
Government was not allowed to OWN ANY lands, roads, bridges, etc. outside of
their 10 mile square area of the Federal City called DC. The PEOPLE were
to OWN all the lands !
Family Farmers are being put out of
business which is at the base of the governments NAIS (using terrorist tactics
to enforce it) microchip program. They know the Family farmers cannot
survive the cost of it all, and thus they seize their animals and kill them on
the spot, which has already happened more times than I can count according to
the letters I've read from those it has happened to ! And then the farmer
is left with a pile of dead bodies of his precious animals to bury !
You should hear some of the horror stories I've had written and told to me
on this NAIS terror plot ! And make no mistake about it - it IS terrorism at its worst - by this Federal US
'Government' ! They are secretly going state by state doing
this. The DHS is the Federal agency being used to ENFORCE Federal
policies.

Now when they (Federal Agents - usually
from the DHS agency - who have no Constitutional jurisdiction outside
their own DC area either, just as NO other Federal agent has, unless invited by
a state or county for a specified reason) come to MY door to seize my
animals and force me to register my property with the government - they will get
the Constitution and a pistol poked in their face ! I'll have them
arrested for trespassing ! I know my rights and I'm under Constitutional
Common Law (by my own declaration)! You would be too if you knew and stood
on your Constitutional rights ! By the way, your
Sheriff is NOT suppose to back THEM up - he was elected by YOU and YOU are his boss, not any Federal or state government ! He has to obey YOUR wishes and arrest trespassers no matter WHO
they are ! THE SHERIFF HAS THE UTMOST POWER AND
AUTHORITY IN HIS OWN COUNTY - EVEN OVER ANY FEDERAL AGENT, EVEN THE PRESIDENT
! yes ! The Sheriff can even arrest the
President if he has to ! THAT is how much power the Sheriff has ! Is
it any wonder the Federal US Government is going around trying to dismantle with
bribery and threats, the Sheriffs in the states !? The Federal
Government (Bush) already has full control over all the police in the
nation as of his 'memo flyer' of 2001 ! But they legally cannot touch the
Sheriffs ! But the Sheriffs who do their job right, are the ONLY
thing that stands between the US Federal Government and the total control of the
people ! All these land confiscation's that have been going on, could have
been stopped by the Sheriffs ! Even a court order cannot overstay
the power of the Sheriff !
You can also make a 'citizens' arrest'
yourself ! It's a 'citizens' arrest because the 'trespassers' are
under their Civil Corporate Law ! Your sheriff may not even be
aware of this - YOU make them aware ! They too
are so use to being ordered about by the so-called "authorities" that they have
the impression that they work for THEM - but his is not so ! They are
under YOU - THE PEOPLE ! YOU elected them ! Their obligation is
to protect YOU from the Federal Government - that was their original
purpose way back when the Founders foresaw what power corruption would
eventually happen in the Federal Government !
Our Founders were ever warning about Federal tyranny ! (And we allowed it to happen anyway
!) AND the Sheriffs too will get the same
intimidation from these so-called 'government authorities' that come to your
door, but remember - there is NO CONSTITUTIONAL LAW THAT GIVES THEM ANY
AUTHORITY (except the authority they give themselves !) OVER YOU OR YOUR
PROPERTY NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU ! THEY LIE
! YOU are declaring yourself to be under
the Constitution and Common Law that this nation was
established upon, NOT their Corporate 'Civil Law' that
they created for their own benefit ! Bush is currently trying
to get Congress to give him a 'law' so he can have a 'law' to throw at the
people to terrorize them into submission adn to keep him from being prosecuted
at ANY time (he is well aware of all his criminal treasonous
actions) ! That shows you how far Bush and his Corporate One World
Elitist gang will go, to get total control over every
single living thing in the nation ! Congress is so in fear
of Bush, they do not want to become the next 'suicide', so they may just do it
to stay alive ! Bush has been trying to get this 'law' to back his plan up
and give him cover for months now ! Let's pray the Congress has more
backbone and will stand up to this dictator !

IN 1913 a Foreign entity of International bankers and big businessmen formed a
Corporation and under the guise of
(TRADENAME) the "US Government" *officially*
took over America and her people, nation, and Constitution !
They then quickly made the Governors of each state also make their state
governments into "Corporations" posing as
'governments', so they all could together cover up the huge
rip off they just did on the American people with millions of their dollars
! To this day this 'US Corporation' (a Foreign entity) is what the
public believes is our American 'Federal government' - it's NOT ! Not even close !
This Corporation then established their
CIVIL LAW (ousting any thought of Constitutional law - which
is COMMON LAW that our Founders established this nation upon !) in
the minds of every person in the nation ! They did a real
brainwashing job on the American public and did it with threats, fear, and
punishment ! They establihsed thier own *Civil Code* that all law would be
based upon = totally leaving out any connection to the Founder's Constitution,
thus ELIMINATING it ! THUS placing all their "units" (that is how they
refer to you and me) under their new Civil system and out from under the
protective hand of Constitutional Common Law ! Pretty tricky huh !
Adn they did htis all in SECRET so teh people never knew waht happened until it
was all in palce ! Just like Bush has been doing with his One World
Government for this hemisphere, (SPP) = and what he also calls his North
American Union (NAU) = the joining together as one
naiton , Mexico, America and Canada = Mexamericanada..
That is how evil operates - in secret and no one knows about it until it is all
in place and everyone is already trapped ! And
do notice how these Marxist Elites like the word "Union " ! Lincoln loved
his "UNION" and centered everything around it, just like Bush is now with
his NAU ! Both were doing the exact same thing - forcing independent
nations together to be ONE ! The whole goal of the OWG = the joining of
ALL nations into one huge one under a one man dictatorship ! It is
Satan's OWG of the "end days" as foretold in the Bible
!
They then instilled the Social Security
system (a One World Order Marxist ploy that made every person 'marked' with a
number, and the people were then the PROPERTY of this Corporation, making them
'non-persons'. The Social Security number was NEVER TO BE USED AS ANY TYPE
OF IDENTIFICATION ! NO one outside of the Social
Security office itself was to even ask for this number ! They
wrote this promise in their documents, yet have broken that promise almost from
the very beginning - as if anything "Federal" can ever be trusted !
You do NOT HAVE to give it IN ORDER TO GET A JOB
! In fact, it is illegal for anyone, including an
employer, to ask for this number ! It should NEVER APPEAR on
ANY document for any reason outside the Social Security office ! So
this 'US Corp' has broken its own word and promise and policy on this (they call policy 'law' but it's not 'law'), when
they have their UN-Constitutional IRS demand it for
tax purposes and their Social Services ask for it as the ID for a person to get
any type of aid, etc. ! They are NOT allowed to do this, by their own
policy of 1913's promise that the Social Security number was never to be used as
an ID number.
The US Corp (in 1913
when they set this thing up 'officially') wrote in their official Corporate
papers that every person in the U.S. was declared "an enemy of the
state/government". (I'm not joking ! It's written there
!) The PEOPLE were never told about any of this of course, because,
as usual, these things are done in SECRET
! Just like Bush has been doing the past 7 years
- CREATING A 'NEW NATION-STATE' OF NORTH PAN AMERICA (THAT WILL
INCLUDE CENTRAL America as well !). All these evil things are done
always in SECRET ! Satan lives in Secrets
!
In 1871 this then
'Elite group' adapted their own Constitution, that looks exactly like our
Founders Constitution, until you get to the ''Amendments". They are professionals at DECEPTION AND DISGUISE
! Lincoln had created his own 'amendments' and these
UNratifed so-called 'amendments', were just added to the Elite's Constitution,
and they completely replaced the original 13th
Amendment and wrote their own (Lincoln did this). [More on
this 13th Amendment below].
NO one today or for the past 100 years
has any idea that their Original Constitution, government, nation, and law,
was seized and destroyed and REPLACED
basically in 1861 by Lincoln and the Marxist Elite Republican Party that had
made its official ACTIVE debut onto the world
stage (Republican Party was first formed in 1854) ! This is what
the so-called "Civil War" was REALLY ALL over ! The
Lincoln War of Northern Aggression was over the Founder's Constitution and
States' Rights that Lincoln had totally destroyed. This is also the
reason that the CSA national government was formed - Lincoln FORCED those
people who wanted to protect our Founders
Constitution and form of government and their freedoms from the total take
over Lincoln was doing to our nation and Founders government
!
The CSA (Confederate States of America)
as a separate nation and culture, always existed from the beginning, but they
didn't have to have their own central government since the Founder's
'Federal' Government was never a RULING FORCE OVER EVERYONE until Lincoln made
it that way. The Government was up to that time just a VOLUNTEER group of
states that came together for the PROTECTION OF THE ENTIRE COUNTRY AND ITS
BORDERS ! ALL Presidents before Lincoln always respected, honored, and
recognized the CSA as its own nation and culture and made sure all Federalists
stayed OUT of the CSA. Even
England recognized it as King James I himself drew up the Mason Dixon line in
1606 to make it "official" (in England's eyes). The Lincoln
war had NOTHING TO DO WITH SLAVERY ! That was the last minute
cover-up of it all by the Republican Party via Lincoln ! You will
never read about this TRUE history in any history book or encyclopedia - those
were, and are, all controlled written materials ! The Elite
Republicans made sure of that ! But you can read it in the old journals
that the people wrote ! And in the court cases that followed the Civil War
- though the Elite tried to destroy all these files...some made it
through. Even some of those writings are in the great little true history
book - "War Crimes Against Southern Civilians" by
Walter Brian Cisco. Everyone needs to read that book
!
Back almost 100 years ago (1913) THOSE
people then, KNEW something was wrong, but the Elite Corporation covered up so
well that they had 'things' in place before
the people could do anything about it outside of having another
Revolution. But as Lincoln had done, the Elite would throw anyone in jail
if they refused to comply with the "new government" in any way ! And this is about to happen again now under
Bush ! (This is a tyranny and dictatorship
- not a real 'Government' and certainly NOT a 'Free Republic' !).
This is the stage of rule Lincoln had set up, and he did
this regularly ! Lincoln took away the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Trial
by jury, etc. Lincoln set up a dictatorship and we
have had that same dictatorship ever since ! But no one RECOGNIZES
IT ANYMORE because they are so use to living under it ! [Like in Cuba under dictator Castro, those people only know
that kind of life for the past 40 years !] IT "became"
NORMAL to people after several years, as it does with every
dictatorship ! IT was/is a full blown dictatorship here and the
people were to be the obedient slaves ! A slave does
not know he is a slave when they are born to it and have it drilled into their
brains that it's called "freedom" ! WE
ARE STILL COMPLYING !
Just like what is happening today and
what the Lincoln War was really fought over ! [Lincoln's
War had absolutely NOTHING to do with slavery ! That was a last minute Republican Party ploy USED to mold
the minds of the people and they made sure it was 'set and written in
history' as such ! And it worked because today, people STILL think
the Confederacy (that Lincoln hated with a passion, as he did the black race and
Jews) was to blame for everything the Lincoln north declared it was guilty of,

Truth is, the Confederate flags were the flags of true freedom for
all, which is why the US Federal Union governmnet to this day has twisted that all around in the minds
of the people ! But well over 100,000 blacks PROUDLY fought for the
south under those Confederate flags of freedom ! Nothing we have been told to
believe about the Lincoln War has been true ! Not one thing ! WE have been fed the Elite Corporate

Today most of the Northern Yankees hold
to those Federalist lies even more then they did back then, because
back then THEY LIVED IT AND SAW IT FIRST HAND AND KNEW THE REAL TRUTH, which is
why over half of the Yankee people did not support Lincoln or his powerful
Federal Union ! Today many of the Yankees totally deny that ANY of it
happened at all as they worship the invented
Federalist Elite Lincoln 'hero' they have been brainwashed
with !
Politicians today
have been MOLDED into a certain mind set and they just never question it
! Many do not know they are a part of the evil satanic One World
Government and that they are helping it, and thus destroying our Founders nation
and the American people ! You've heard and seen all the "we want to
serve the people" line on just about anything to do with this
so-called 'government' on all levels - why even the UN-Constitutional tax bill
you get every year has that statement on it ! What gall ! SERVE THE PEOPLE !???? They would not know HOW to SERVE the people !
They only know how to DRAIN the people and make their own wallets fatter
! They only know HOW to have the people SERVE THEM ! THAT is NOT 'SERVING' the people ! That is robbing them and enslaving them ! They are 'serving' themselves to
OUR money ! Not to mention stealing our land that the Constitution says no
governmnet can OWN or touch ! The only land the Federal Union
Government can own or
rule over, is the 10 miles square of Washington DC, and the only area
they can rule or make law over legally ! The Federal Government cannot
rule over any of the states or people outside of their own 10 mile square area
! The Constitution is very firm on this ! What
powers are not listed and granted to them in the Constitution, the Federal
Government CANNOT do ! Period !
A few years ago when the Federal Supreme
Court over-ruled (UN-Constitutionally) the Texas law about sodomy - Texas had no
reason or obligation to obey or pay any attention to their ramblings
! Federal Court cannot rule over any state laws ! That Texas bowed
to the ruling, shows how little these "politicians and officials'' know about
the Constitution or real Constitutional law ! (And WE
'trust' them to protect and lead us ??) They do not even
know the LAW OF THE LAND = the Constitution ! THIS IS WHAT
THE Lincoln WAR WAS ABOUT ! The US Federal Union
so-called 'government' dictating to every state and person in the
nation - It is NOT allowed by our Constitution ! We were
founded the 'united States', not the 'United States'
! Big difference !
It is BECAUSE OF THE LIES AND DECEPTIONS
DONE by the Lincoln Republican Party, why we have today the situations we are
facing here ! This so-called 'government' IS the government of Lincoln ! THAT Is the
problem ! WE NEED the Government of our FOUNDERS
- NOT the DICTATORSHIP OF LINCOLN ! Lincoln was no 'hero' like
the Marxist Elite Republicans INVENTED him into !

deny it all ! They have been THAT WELL PROGRAMMED by the Federalists

Amendment (adapted by the US Corporate Elite) was never officially passed
or ratified. Nor were 5-6 others !
Hence no one is obligated to abide by
it. Plus this was not done by OUR FOUNDERS REAL GOVERNMENT, SO WE ARE NOT
OBLIGATED TO PAY ANY ATTENTION TO ANY OF IT AT ALL ! AND if you really
read it, their Amendments even says that only CORPORATIONS were to be taxed ! NO one is
reading things for THEMSELVES ! They just keep believing everything they
are 'TOLD' TO BELIEVE by the corporate TV media
! No wonder everyone is so deeply into
slavery to this US Corporation POSING as 'our government' ! But it
is NOT "OUR REAL GOVERNMENT" AND "WE THE PEOPLE"
ARE NOT UNDER THEIR CIVIL LAW ! Our Founders
placed us under Constitutional COMMON LAW !
THE IRS is illegal
! They are the hunting dogs for the US Federal Corporation

They have NO PLACE in our Founders
Constitutional nation or in COMMON LAW ! They are only under the
self-created Corporate ' Civil law' !

WE THE PEOPLE can hold our own elections
the real free way, not the Corporate Elite controlled and established way that
THEY have set up, and elect a real President and state governors and
have those real state heads (representatives) elect the US Senate the way the
Constitution says to do it ! (We have not had a real
legitimate Senate since 1913 !)
This whole two-party-only system is the
Elite ploy to keep THEM in power, since they own both Dems and Repubs which are
just two branches of the SAME Elite party ! But the PEOPLE CAN HOLD THEIR OWN
REAL ELECTIONS outside of the Corporation's death grip they have forced on us
all these years, and get out from under their evil One World Government
established Un-Constitutional two-party system ! Our
Foudners did not approve of political parties. Now we can see the wisdom
of their ways ! They knew it would lead to
elections of 'parties' instead of A PERSON
!
The People can not allow ANY
Republicans or Democrats to be a part of their elections - since we would want
to keep away from the One World system, not include this cancer into a real free
election and society ! When you want to get rid of cancer, you have to cut
it out completely ! One bad/rotten apple spoils the entire
bunch ! One cancer cell grows and takes over all the good cells
! Remember what our Founders said about
VIGILANCE ?! If you want to keep things pure, you have to never let up on
watching over it to keep it pure. You cannot let the door open even a
crack to any pollution.
The original Constitution belongs
to the PEOPLE (not the government), and begins
"we the PEOPLE" - NOT - 'WE THE CITIZENS' ! There is a BIG
difference that today's people have no clue about ! AND THAT is why
today's UNEDUCATED people, are still slaves to this Corporation and every
tax they have created (over 64 kinds of them)
to put on us to make THEM rich and to keep us enslaved to them: registrations,
licenses, permits, tickets, fines, land taxes, income taxes, etc. - we pay,
KEEPS THEM IN POWER AND OVER US ! WE ARE
PAYING FOR OUR OWN DEMISE ! It is quite the scam !
And every cent goes into the powerful International Corporation pot to pay
off 'THEIR DEBTS' ! (Actually to keep THEM super
wealthy and us super poor !) And it is set up so those 'debts'
can NEVER BE PAID OFF ! This is an International pot where our money goes
! All made up of big businessmen and International bankers ! Did you
know that we still pay taxes to England !? That technically we are still
their colonies ? Well that is for another time. Not enough room
here.
ALL lawyers, judges, courts, military,
officials belong to the US Federal Corporation (Foreign entity remember). The US Corporation just took them all over ! Just remember every time a person 'signs
up' for the military - THEY ARE NOT FIGHTING TO PROTECT OUR AMERICAN NATION OR REAL
GOVERNMENT - as they are lead to believe they are ! THEY ARE
FIGHTING FOR THE FOREIGN CORP (OWG=One World Gov't) ! AND one day
soon, very soon, that military will be turned AGAINST the AMERICAN PEOPLE
! That day is closer than you think !
With NAIS and RFID in progress, you will see this sooner than you think
! They will actually be ORDERED to seize, shoot, etc. their own
families among the people they will be ordered to seize (unless those people bow
and submit to the US Federal Corporation and comply fully !!) This is what

States of America does NOT HAVE those illegal 'amendments' in it !

only Constitution we see today !
AS for 'lawyers' - never hire a lawyer for that kind of a court (or
any kind of a case). Lawyers and courts are all part of the same (hate to
use the word, but there is not another word to describe it) ...legal Civil
conspiracy on the
people. [Once things are placed into THEIR
Civil system then it becomes 'legal' if you allow yourself to be drawn into
it. They do everything by CONTRACT, and if you sign your name to
any one of their CONTRACTS, then they can legally go after you under their
system. All registrations, permits, licenses etc. are CONTRACTS to
pull you into their Civil system !]
When Lincoln's gov't went to the next
big step in their plan, in 1913, the PEOPLE were declared "the enemy" - did you
know that ? So it is to this day, in reality. WE are "Non-persons"
officially to them. They think of us as "units", not human
beings. And every time we REGISTER our newborns with this Federal US Corp
called "US Gov't", we hand them over to this Foreign entity to OWN
! (WE do not get a 'Birth Certificate' anymore - we get a 'Birth
Registration' the past 25-30 years !) ALL REGISTRATIONS , LICENSES,

ALL just direct taxes on the people, which our

If the people today could live in a real
FREE Republic, the way this nation was established to be, they would be totally
confused, since they have had such total control over them for their lifetimes,
they would not know what to do with real
FREEDOM ! You can see how other nations behave after their dictatorships
are dismantled and they are finally FREE people ! Most can't handle it,
they have been in diapers for their entire lives and then suddenly are thrown
out into the real world to THINK for themselves, and they don't know HOW !
We are like those
people - but we do not know it ! WE have been told what to
think and how to think it, and what to learn and how to learn it, what to do or
not do, how to act and not act, how to speak and not speak, and dictated to for
every move we make, that real FREEDOM would jar us to the
bone ! WE would feel so light from having that heavy burden taken
off us, we'd almost fly !
When you are born a slave into slavery
and live your whole life as a slave, as all Americans today have been, they do
not know HOW to be FREE or even what it really means, or how
to even recognize it !

is why people of old lived longer than the short lives we have today under all

The
Illegal 17th Amendment
The states of the Union would each have an equal number of U.S. Senators
(fixed at two), appointed by their state legislature to represent the interests
of the state. Should that U.S. senator fail in their job, the legislature would
recall them and appoint a new one. The decision to have the states appoint their
U.S. senators was very calculated.
All of that changed with the fraudulent ratification of the 17th Amendment.
U.S. senators would now be elected. The states lost their suffrage rights, they
no longer had any representation in Washington, D.C., and the Federal machine
has walked all over them since.
This issue is one of the most important problems facing this nation today,
yet few know anything about it. Last summer, I prepared a working paper for
Rep. Henry McElroy of the New Hampshire state Legislature on the history of this
amendment and why it is imperative the states step forward and force a
constitutional showdown. For those who might knee jerk this would cause
constitutional chaos, I can't highly recommend enough Judge Andrew Napolitano's
excellent book, "Constitutional
Chaos." We're already in constitutional chaos and the situation will
only continue to deteriorate without immediate action.
The 17th Amendment was never properly ratified. I have seen the proof with my
own eyes at the National Archives and from the documents obtained by Bill Benson from all 48 state
legislatures in his work, "Proof the 17th Amendment Was Not Ratified." I also
collected court certified documents on this from the bowels of the California
State Archives. They are incontrovertible and prove without question that
Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan, on May 31, 1913, knowingly and
willfully issued a memo declaring the 17th Amendment ratified even though he
knew the required number of states did not ratify it.
The courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court have
been very specific on the rigid requirements for ratification. There can be no
mistake fraud was committed and that every U.S. senator since 1913 sits in
office under a law that does not exist. U.S. senators ratify treaties, confirm
federal judges, U.S. Supreme Court justices and hold impeachment trials.
Legally, our participation in the United Nations, every destructive trade
treaty, i.e., NAFTA, GATT, Roe v. Wade and any other legislative acts committed
by U.S. senators these past 92 years are invalid.
The courts refuse to touch this issue because they don't have the backbone.
While several states have introduced resolutions to nix the 17th Amendment
(introduced by patriotic representatives and killed by Republicans in every
instance), realistically, there's no question this current crop of Congress will
never do the right thing. Therefore, it is up to the people and the states of
the Union.

Real 13th Amendment and Why The Elite Replaced It With One of Their Own

There is no guessing WHY the Federal
fakes (illegally) REPLACED the REAL original 13th Amendment, we know why - no
guessing about it, that if it was not hidden away, like they do with
anything they do not want the public to know about, there are many Presidents
who would have been rejected from even running for President and in fact would
excommunicate them from even being an American citizen ! ! Read it
carefully and take in ALL that is really says. This is our TRUE and REAL 13th Amendment, from the original Founders
Constitution. The only Constitution we see today is the one the
Elitists adapted in 1871, and added to it at will from there, and changed a few
things as well, behind closed doors.
Amendment 13 - Original REAL
one. March 12, 1819
"If any citizen of the United States shall
accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall
without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office,
or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign
power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and
shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or
either of them." [Journal
of the Senate]
This would eliminate the Clintons, who
have taken all kinds of big Foreign money in order to buy their way into the
White House (Foreign donations, especially from Communist China) and it
would also eliminate all the Bushes, since they have a long family history of
Foreign deals and money exchanges AND the selling of our America bit by
bit to Foreign Corporations and nations ! This Amendment FORBIDS ANY of
that ! Remember our Founders stated many times that
the nation's strength came from the PEOPLE OWNING ALL THE LAND ! And it
did. The CONSTITUTION FORBIDS THE GOVERNMENT FROM
OWNING ANY LANDS OUTSIDE OF THE 10 MILES SQUARE OF THE FEDERAL CITY
(DC)!
Yet look at all the "Federal lands"
throughout the nation ! Federal Parks and Federal Reserves, etc. All
UN-Constitutional ! And if you look even harder you will see how much of
our lands are OWNED and controlled by the Foreign UN ! Even the Grand Canyon
! They would like this to stay secret, but we read in many places the list
of our famous lands and landmarks that the UN owns and controls ! Not to
mention the thousands of acres the UN owns in each and every state ! Then
there are all those over 800 "holding camps" the government built with
your tax dollars to throw those who disagree with government in the near future
into, are operated, controlled and staffed by UN personnel ! Much of the
USA government is controlled by the UN as well, but they do to want you to know
it ! The Constitution FORBIDS the government from OWNING ANY lands outside of their 10 mile square DC area !
ALL Federal 'laws', policies, etc. are ONLY legally effective IN that same area
- the ONLY area that the Feds have ANY Constitutional jurisdiction at all
!
And notice that the Amendment also states
that these cannot even hold any office in a state (that is what that last
few words say !) ! Notice it also says any "profit" (including pay of all
kinds on all levels). Those who get a huge life-long pensions after
leaving their government position to go on to become lobbyists is
UN-CONSTITUTIONAL ! THEY cannot get a pension (which is UN-Constitutional
to begin with as service in the government is suppose to be just that - a
SERVICE - not a career) AND become a paid lobbyist besides !
This Amendment also says that Hillary
Clinton is illegally and UN-Constitutionally in her Senate seat ! She was
guilty of taking Foreign donations while with Bill to get in the White
House. SHE also has many indictments against her for breaking the laws of
more than one operation and state ! Bill is guilty of perjury as
well. Then there is the biggy - Chinagate ! Bill Clinton sold and
gave away top secrets to China ! Treason !
There are really too many illegal
actions to list with these two that goes way back to when they were first trying
to get into the Governor's office in Arkansas. They have over 17 mysterious
deaths around them as well !
Then when Bill Clinton wanted to dodge the
draft, he went to England "to study" but instead really spent more than two
weeks in China learning from the best at the top of their government, on
'how to take a nation from within' - no kidding ! HE was rubbing elbows
with China long before WE knew of it and saw it when he got into the White
House !
AS far as the Bushes - all of them - this

from the real ugly truth. There is just too much to their history to even
begin here ! The grandfather - Prescott - aided and supported Hitler in
WW2 against America and they were good friends, while the then young son (Bush
41) was used as 'cover' for the family's treasonous actions that needed a heavy
cover up, as he served in the US military (this was also for future propaganda
when he'd get into the White House as president = all planned in advance)
. All presidents who get into office is not just by chance - they are
groomed from young on by the Elite for their 'turn' in the White House to do
'their mission part' of the planned OWG goal. With communications NOT what
they are today, you could easily hide behind the simplest things to do your
treasonous actions back then . The Bush family is one of the highest in
the Illuminati Elite groups, mainly Skull and Bones, that is one of the highest
orders in the Elitist circle, but htere are many secret orgnaizatins
involved. The Illuminati, Bilderbergers, Rothschilds, CFR, TC,
etc.. The entire family is involved - even Bush's daughters. They

(House and Senate) enough to let them know that you do not mess with these
