Ohio Hepatitis B Vaccine Legislation Update

In 1998, with no committee hearings or discussion, the Ohio legislature mandated three hepatitis B vaccine injections for all kindergarten students in the state, effective autumn 1999. The mandate was added to a hazardous waste bill, as a House floor amendment, on the same day it was introduced. Vaccine manufacturers, who stand to sell $7 million worth of hepatitis B vaccine per year for each class of Ohio kindergartners, personally lobbied legislators to pass this stealthy mandate !

Since virtually no Ohio child under 10 years of age catches hepatitis B, and the vaccine can cause serious adverse reactions,
VPI set out to educate Ohioans about hepatitis B disease and the wastefulness of injecting all schoolchildren with this vaccine.

In December I contacted Rep. Dale Van Vyven (R-Sharonville), the legislator who amended the 1998 hazardous waste bill
to include the hepatitis B vaccine mandate. Agreeing that the public was denied a fair hearing, he sponsored Ohio House Bill 200, which would have placed a one-year moratorium on the mandate for the purpose of holding public legislative hearings. In the meantime I wrote an article on the sneaky manner in which the mandate was passed, and mailed it to all 300+ Ohio newspapers. The article ran in large and small papers across the state in January and February.

From the outset, we were opposed by medical big guns and big money, including vaccine manufacturers, the American
Academy of Pediatrics, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Statewide media coverage, including the Associated Press, newspaper, television, and radio, continued throughout H.B. 200 hearings in March, April, and early May. The Dayton Daily News and The Indianapolis Star each editorialized twice against school hepatitis B mandates. The Elyna (OH) Chronicle-Telegram and The Denver Post also opposed such mandates, and The Cincinnati Enquirer applauded efforts to hold public legislative hearings at the statehouse in Columbus.

At the House Health, Retirement, and Aging Committee Hearings on H.B. 200, our witnesses included a family physician,
vaccine victims and their families from around the state, an Indiana nurse who became partially paralyzed after an
employer-mandated hepatitis B vaccine, and myself. In addition 25 letters were submitted from licensed physicians opposing the
vaccine mandate. A week before the May 5th Committee vote, media reports surfaced that the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons had formally opposed the mandate, and that medical organizations who support hepatitis B vaccine mandates (the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association) have financial ties to vaccine makers.

Despite the flood of mail received by Committee members from VPI members and other interested persons across Ohio,
politics won out over science, and a majority of the House Health Committee voted against vaccine informed consent, succumbing to pressure by public health officials and drug company lobbyists. The Dayton Daily News described the Committee vote as "dangerous disrespect for parental responsibility."

While the loss in Ohio was disappointing, press coverage helped to greatly increase public awareness about hepatitis B and
other vaccines, and generated much interest in our organization. Federal lawmakers have also become aware of the hepatitis B
vaccine controversy. Congressman John Mica (R-FL) chaired Congressional oversight hearings on hepatitis B vaccine on May 18th, which I attended in Washington, D.C. To assist Congressman Mica, I met with his legislative aide on May 12th, while in
Washington, D.C. for the May 13 -14 meeting of the National Vaccine Advisory Committee, and shared information about the Ohio hepatitis B vaccine controversy and related issues. I will also submit a statement for the Congressional hearing record.

Aborted Babies Used as Source For Rubella Vaccine !!

A Catholic prep school in Ampleforth, England is refusing to participate in the British government's program to vaccinate children against measles and rubella because the rubella component of the vaccine was originally derived from aborted babies (I -5). The same rubella vaccine is used in U.S. children, where it is required for school admission in all 50 states and in many states for day care admission. Many U.S. colleges also require rubella vaccination prior to admission.

The currently used rubella (German measles) vaccine is produced by Merck Vaccine Division (Merck and Co., Sumneytown Pike, P.O. Box 4, West Point, PA 19486-0004. Phone: (908) 423-1000). Aborted babies were obtained during the 1964 rubella epidemic, when many women were advised to abort babies if the mothers contracted rubella during pregnancy. (Some manipulation !)  The specific five rubella virus strain is named "RA 27/3," which stands for the following: R = rubella; A = abortus; 27 = the 27th aborted baby dissected before live virus could be isolated; 3 = third tissue culture explant. The virus was isolated from this particular baby's kidney (6).

The RA 27/3 rubella vaccine is grown in the WI 38 strain of human tissue culture, originally derived from fetal lung (7). Human tissue culture laboratory data from Merck indicate that the source of the WI 38 strain was a female fetus.

Rubella is basically a harmless disease if contracted during childhood !   However, if contracted during the first trimester of pregnancy, the unborn child could be adversely affected. Damage to the baby in the womb could range from no defects to death. Children born with Congenital Rubella Syndrome (CRS) could be blind, deaf, mentally retarded, or have heart defects, each with varying incidence rates and ranges of severity.

CRS incidence averages less than five to ten cases per year in the U. S. In fact it was suggested that "CRS is on the verge of elimination" (8).

In the U. S. rubella vaccine is usually administered in the combination MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine. The vaccine is recommended for children at 12 months of age, with a second dose given just prior to school entry (at age 5 or 6 years) or before entering seventh grade. (However, in the drug manufacturing greed of big billions, all babies 2 months old begin a series of three of these shots, which has caused all kinds of brain damage and even death !)  Several states require a second dose of MMR vaccine prior to college enrollment, and some hospitals have required rubella vaccine for health care workers. Rubella vaccine is also routinely administered after childbirth to women 'testing negative' for rubella antibodies (which means they have been either immune to the disease, which makes giving this shot dangerous for them, or they have never been exposed to it, which is doubtful.).

Children To Be Used as "Guinea Pigs" For Drug Company Profits !!!

The recently licensed chickenpox vaccine is too experimental for mandatory use. Children will be used as "guinea pigs" to resolve many unanswered questions about this vaccine ! [Your child is THE LAB RAT FOR THESE VACCINE EXPERIMENTS ! THEY ALWAYS HAVE BEEN !! ]

Note- And it is getting quite discerning to see the government health agents to boldly come out and admit it by 'the powers that be', which means that THEY ARE CONFIDENT THAT THEY HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER PARENTS' MINDS, and that no parent will refuse to hand over their child or baby for the experiments, even though they know their child could die or be turned into a vegetable for life !  Now THAT  is total brainwashing POWER !  ANY vaccine given to children under 6, has SOME BRAIN DAMAGE  EVEN  IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT !

Vaccine maker Merck and Co. (expected to sell more than $150 million of its VARIVAX chickenpox vaccine in the U. S. per year) does not know how well or how long the vaccine works, or if it works at all. Merck's literature, repeatedly citing its own "unpublished data," states, "The duration of 'protection' ... is unknown at present and the need for booster doses is not defined."

Although Merck describes chickenpox as a "generally ... benign, self-limiting disease," it acknowledges that "there are insufficient data to assess the rate of [vaccine], 'protection' against the complications of chickenpox ..."

Note - Chicken Pox is an important childhood illness that is IMPORTANT for children to get in childhood !  Very rarely are there complications in getting the actual disease, and it gives LIFE-LONG IMMUNITY for every child that gets the disease itself ! Yet the vaccination IS deadly, as they all are, and has never been proven to work !  Quite the contrary - those that get these vaccinations have shown an increase of getting the diseases they have been injected with, and these illnesses then are very hard to treat, since they are NOT of the original NATURAL diseases, but come from a lab !

The government's promises of "post marketing studies to determine the [vaccine's] long-term effects" will never materialize, despite Merck's warning that "...broad use of the vaccine could reveal adverse reactions not observed in [prelicensing] clinical trials." Post-marketing studies of other vaccines utilize the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). But the government dismisses VAERS reports as "anecdotal" (Federal Register 60(26), 2/8/95, pg. 7685-7686). Your child's life means nothing to the government !

Note- In other words, our government does NOT take any of the damages done to YOUR child as anything 'important or serious' - even if the child or baby dies !  THAT is how much life means to this government and its drug manufacturers !  WE are ALL EXPENDABLE as far as the government goes !  Only their agenda means anything to them !  So it's pretty stupid to place your trust and life in their hands !  And even dumber to hand over your baby to their hands via the doctors, schools and mostly the hospitals !  AT birth, the hospital is the first one to put the heat on to FORCE YOU INTO THE GOVERNMENT AGENDA, by forcing you to let them assault your newborn baby with their deadly Hepatitis B vaccine ! Merck's chickenpox vaccine was cultured in lung tissue obtained from two surgically aborted human fetuses, which many parents find abhorrent, (Experimental Cell Research 37: 614-636, 1965; Nature 227: 168-170, 1970). The vaccine even contains "residual components" of fetal lung cells.

This means that our children and babies are actually carrying around parts of dead babies inside their bodies via vaccinations !  How sickening and barbaric can we get ?!?? And what if those aborted babies came from Aids mothers ?  YOU will never know, nor will the doctor who injecting all this crap into your child ! Can our government and their *medical* system get any lower and inhuman !?

Babies and Schoolchildren Targeted for AIDS and Venereal Disease Vaccines !!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have targeted all 11- and 12-year-olds to receive future vaccines for AIDS and other venereal diseases (VD) to prepare these children for teenage fornication. (Fornication has just about become a new 'required subject' in American schools !)

The AAP and CDC recommend national vaccination policy. These recommendations have traditionally been mandated by state legislatures for admission into daycare, school, college, or work in selected professions !!!  But the states have been losing their states rights on this front, as well as most other fronts, making us all one big Federal State, which totally destroys our Constitution(s) and how this nation was established !  This IS One World Dictatorship !  Recognize it people !!!

At the February 12, 1997 meeting of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices in Atlanta, Georgia, AAP liaison representative, Dr. Neal Halsey of Johns Hopkins University stated, "We really see age 11 and 12 as the target age for introduction of vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases (more experiments USING OUR CHILDREN !)," and suggested "universal application" of AIDS vaccine for all children. Likewise, on April 10, 1996 at the CDC's National Immunization Conference in Washington, D.C., Dr. Halsey advocated injecting AIDS vaccine into all infants once the vaccine is licensed, despite its unknown safety and effectiveness.

Note - Will it never end USING OUR BABIES AS THEIR LITERAL LAB RATS !?  This is against ALL 'human rights laws' that exist !  They are ELIMINATING ALL HUMAN RIGHTS by their blatant actions and disregard for human life of innocent babies and children !

Future VD vaccines will likely follow the path of hepatitis B vaccine, now injected into all babies at birth in the hospital, even though the vaccine is used against a basically adult disease of promiscuous homosexuals, heterosexuals, and intravenous drug abusers. While incorrectly assuming that all teens will sleep around or shoot up drugs, the CDC and AAP recommend that 11- and 12-year-olds also receive the hepatitis B vaccine. At CDC's urging, states are adding hepatitis B vaccine to the list of vaccines *required* for school and daycare, even though the risk of hepatitis B transmission is SO VERY low in these settings.

Note - They will use threats to take your children away from you if you refuse to hand over your child to them for their DEADLY EXPERIMENTS !  Be ready for this !  I guarantee IT WILL HAPPEN ! (Been there, done that ). Don't let them shake you up with this - you are still the parent with the final word (unless you live in Texas) !

In Texas,parents have NO RIGHTS AT ALL, in regard to their child's health - the law there gives it all to the doctors and hospitals - a branch of the government in reality, in this medical agenda !  This gov't is currently using the reverse tactic of - if you do not allow them to USE your baby or child for their DEADLY EXPERIMENTS, then that is now being called 'child abuse' - when in REALITY, THE GOV'T AGENDA IS ACTUAL CHILD ABUSE AND CHILD ENDANGERMENT !   But they are now using strong-arm tactics to FORCE parents (who are usually young and easily intimidated) to hand over their children and babies !  They are twisting the laws to read just the OPPOSITE of what they were designed for !  Now, if you try to protect your child, YOU are the abuser !  While the government's medical and drug agenda can do all kinds of damage to your child, even kill your child, and THAT NOW IS BEING PROTECTED UNDER THE VERY LAWS THAT WERE DESIGNED TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND DANGER TO A CHILD ! 

Neat trick, and they are getting away with it BECAUSE PARENTS FIRST OF ALL, ARE NOT AWARE OF THE PAWNS THEY ARE TO THE GOVERNMENT, AND SECONDLY, PARENTS OF TODAY ARE TRAINED (brainwashed) in the government public schools all their life TO BE SO FEARFUL OF THE GOV'T - THAT THEY 'HAVE TO OBEY' WHATEVER THE GOVERNMENT DEMANDS !! - -  SO THEY DO NOT BAN TOGETHER AND PUT A BIG LAW SUIT AGAINST THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT VACCINATION AGENDA AS THEY SHOULD !  The entire agenda needs to be completely STOPPED !  You have to remind yourself and everyone else, since it seems that the entire nation has 'forgotten' - WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THE GOVERNMENT ! They work FOR US !!!   IT IS OUR MONEY THAT THE GOVERNMENT LIVES ON AND USES TO DO ALL THESE EVIL THINGS THEY ARE DOING !  WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT'S BOSS AND IT'S TIME WE ACT LIKE IT ! GET THIS CORRECT ATTITUDE !

WE NEED TO DO SOME DEMANDING OF OUR OWN  !!!!

And if they refuse to OBEY US, then it is grounds to dismantle the government completely, as our Constitution says to, and begin a new government of the PEOPLE !!  THAT IS OUR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY !!!

BUT THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WHILE IT IS STILL ABLE TO BE DONE !  Before the Government has the laws so twisted , that the real laws no longer can BE identified !

But you still can stand strong and refuse !  Do so !!!  Religious  reasons are still valid, no matter how they try to tell you that all these poisons injected into your innocent baby is "ROUTINE" !  WATCH OUT WHEN YOU HEAR THAT LIE of this being "ROUTINE" !!!  It is part of their 'twisting your arm' and FORCING YOU INTO THE GOVERNMENT AGENDA !  Don't do it !  Stand up and FIRMLY AND BOLDLY tell them all that this is YOUR CHILD, NOT THEIR'S !  They ALL NEED to be constantly reminded of this fact !

"Vaccine policy has gone too far," asserts Dr. Kristine Severyn, director of Ohio Parents for Vaccine Safety, a Dayton, Ohio-based national research and education organization which monitors federal vaccine policy-making commissions. "State legislators should object and draw the line when it comes to forcing VD vaccines (and all the others) on babies and schoolchildren," says Dr. Severyn.

Yes, it is a total sin !

Note -  Never think that the government is too big for you to fight !  I've been there !  done that !  AND I WON ! Yes, it CAN be done !

Let me explain:  About 35 years ago, I refused the vaccinations with my three sons.

We didn't have the 36 vaccinations then as we do at this time today, that were plunged into our children, but one of the deadly vaccinations back then that was 'ROUTINE AND REQUIRED" was the Small Pox Vaccine.  I got them to back down  eventually with all the others, but this one they refused to back down on, and I was about to be as equally stubborn about it !  It took me over two years of red tape and fighting constantly against this non-useful and deadly-to-all vaccination, but I won - and to this day, the Small Pox vaccination is NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE !  SO YOU CAN WIN IF YOU TRY, BUT YOU HAVE TO TRY !  The only way you can fail, is if you do not TRY !  And I had no one to back me up, I stood ALONE !

So if many parents get together and fight the government medical agenda they have been USING AGAINST US FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS , it WILL WORK !  As dictatorial as today's government has become, YOU CAN STILL FIGHT THEM IF YOU ACT FAST, AND DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER !  For this One World Government that we are now in, is getting more powerful and tyrannical daily !  So time is of the essence !
