Advised and represented the COO in a wide variety of special projects. Chaired cross-functional project teams and committees launched two new product lines and initiated a managed healthcare national account marketing program. Also directed market research studies, participated in corporate strategic planning effort and negotiated substantial sales, purchasing, licensing and other contracts. Directed all mar keting functions with P&L responsibility for five product lines that contributed over half of the company's profits. Responsibilities included sales management for audiometer sales to healthcare professionals through distributors in the US and Canada. Launched new product line. Concurrently managed all marketing efforts for hearing aid batteries, impression material and two hearing aid lines sold to consumers through retail hearing aid dispensers (dealers).
