When we first decided to establish an Internet presence, we had in mind a very different way of conducting business. We decided, unlike a lot of other companies in the competitive world of aftermarket auto parts sales, not merely to be "order takers", but to act more as restoration advisers, helping our customers to find the right part, every time. We simply do not want to ship the wrong part. It adds up to lost time, expense, and perhaps some hard feelings along the way.


We originally published our entire catalog on the Internet. As our business progressed, we found that people were far more interested in auto restoration solutions as opposed to merely searching for parts. As a result, we took most of our catalog off the Net and decided instead to answer any and all questions we received from potential customers and recommend the proper parts for a quality restoration.

As such, please E-Mail us your parts requests. If we don't have the part you need, we won't try to sell you an inappropriate substitute. We'll tell you we don't have what you need, and in most cases, we'll recommend another source, usually a competitor. Pretty crazy? Maybe in the short run. We feel, however, that we will gain over the long haul, with satisfied customers recommending us to their friends.

Our people are truly experts in their respective fields. The individual to whom all of the headlining questions go, for instance, has been in his field for 28 years. The woman who answers all convertible questions has been an expert in her line of work for almost 40 years. As such, we feel assured that our customers receive the very best, most accurate information each and every
time.
