Illuminate Your Haunted House

By Patricia Darrow, Astrologer

With the approaching Hallow’s Eve, I think it is an excellent opportunity for one to sit down, sip on some hot apple cider, and contemplate the symbolism of the season. Time to dust away those cob webs of fear and stagnation of self-undoing and do some house cleaning. ‘Tis the season to purge and eliminate all negative habits and thought patterns and make room, finally, for some new spiritual growth.

Take out your Death Card, number 13, in your tarot deck and really scrutinize every detail in the card. If you are using the Rider-Waite, you will notice that Death rides a white horse and holds a banner with a white flower that symbolizes he is the ultimate purifier. The lesson in this card teaches one to let go of outworn and outgrown ways of life and move forward.

Put on some armor for this last Halloween before the new millennium, as we are on the brink of a very exciting era! This is the quarter to initiate some fresh starts, new experiences, and most importantly, to remodel your haunted house!
