Belief is what opens doors to unlimited power. As the Bible keeps reaffirming, there is Power in the word, or thought.

We get so tangled up in our every day lives on a material plane, that we forget to step back to see things in the right perspective, that the material plane is not all there is. We need to deal with our lives from a spiritual outlook first, then a material one, not the other way around.

There are many strong examples of belief. We only need to look.

Fire-walking is achieved in this manner. It is considered an art and is practiced as such in Africa, India and the West Indies, among other places. The fire-walkers walk barefoot through a trench of burning logs and charcoal or stone. They do not need to talk themselves into this action. They know, or BELIEVE, they will not get hurt. That is enough to gain the desired results.

Many people utilize subliminal tapes. The tapes help you to be rid of bad habits or to better yourself. The messages are given below your threshold of awareness. In utilizing this method, you will hear varied sounds such as waves, the wind or another soothing sound. The information comes to you on the subconscious level. You will then put this into motion due to an inner knowing, a BELIEF in what is expected of you.

Then there is the fakir. This is a member of a Muslim religious order, although this term is now loosely applied. The Hindu fakir will sit or lay on a bed of nails or practice other methods to achieve nirvana. He KNOWS he can do this without pain. He BELIEVES.

There are many factors to be considered when you contemplate what the different beliefs are. In the end, however, what it all comes back to is that if the belief is strong, you can accomplish anything, there aren’t any limits. What the mind can conceive can come to pass. Whatever your needs are, you can manifest them on the earth plane. For example: I you would like to own a car, but you feel there isn’t any way at this particular time in your life, then you simply will not have one. However, if you KNOW you will have the car and you do not think of all the negative aspects, if you put your faith in Divine Power, and believe, then you will acquire the car. You will not know ahead of time how to get to your goal, it does not really matter. The important part is to believe in the outcome. In this way, it will manifest.

In essence, you are going from a thought form to a spiritual level, and then it comes back down to the material plane. Your belief can accomplish anything on a multi-level. Whether you are putting something into motion on a physical, emotional or spiritual plane.

The main concept we have to remember is that what we believe, we attract into our lives. If we believe we are always ill, we will be. If we believe we are healthy, then it is what will manifest into our lives. There is Power in Belief. If you work with it, you open doors to a limitless dimension!
