Some activities are conducted all year long and need volunteers on a consistent basis, while other activities are conducted during one week or even one day, so that volunteers are needed only on a short term or one-time basis. 

Often, the kind of help we need can be provided during the evening or on weekends, meaning that there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer - all help is valuable and appreciated!
