     WELCOME TO OUR NEW LOCATION

Port of Everett expansion of new waterfront retail shops and upscale condos has forced Everett Engineering from our previously leased port property. We are relocating approximately two miles north to private property along the Snohomish River. For those of you familiar with Everett, our new location is on the old Weyerhauser Kraft mill site, just west of Hwy 529 and the Snohomish River bridge, just a seven-iron downhill from the American Legion Memorial Golf Course.

Our new facilities will increase Everett Engineering’s available shop space by about 10,000  square feet to approximately 26,000 square feet, plus we will have considerable yard space available.  It will provide more convenient shop access for delivery trucks and for customer unloading and pickups. Overall, we think it will provide us the ability to serve our customers far more efficiently than before for years to come.

The current plan is to be in full operation at the new facility by late spring of 2007. The new address will be 25 East Marine View Drive.  Phone and fax will be the same.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS from Interstate 5

Coming from the south, take exit 195. (Marine View Drive)  At bottom of ramp turn left (west), and continue on East Marine View Drive. Continue to follow as it turns to the north and then back to the west.  Approximately two miles from the freeway you will pass under Highway 529 and come to a traffic light. Proceed through light approximately 200 yards to driveway on right. (first and only driveway) Turn and cross bridge to Everett Engineering.

Coming from the north via I-5, take exit 198 (hwy 529) at Marysville. Proceed on hwy 529 south to the Snohomish River bridge. Immediately across the bridge exit right to East Marine View Drive. Turn left at the light at the bottom of the exit.   Proceed approximately 200 yards to driveway on the right. (first and only driveway) Turn and cross bridge to Everett Engineering.
