Rates are $999.00 per week
Plus applicable Florida taxes.
Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival
Check in is 4PM, Check out is 10AM

Accepted payment methods: Check, Money order or Certified Check.

Occupancy: Up to 4 adults. Add $8 for each additional adult per day or $50 per week. Units can sleep 6 adults.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a security deposit of $300 for each week of stay. Security deposit fully refundable upon 60 days notice of cancellation.

Pets are not permitted.
Outdoor gas grills are provided.

The area offers a wide range of activities, including dolphin watching, snorkeling, shelling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, canoeing,

kayaking, hiking, baseball, hockey, golfing, gambling boats and great dinning and shopping.

A trolley service connects all the beaches with downtown St. Petersburg where you will find museums, theaters, unique shopping and fabulous dining.
