If you are looking for a beautifully decorated executive home, this is the place for you.

Bay Breeze is a lovely furnished home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a private in-ground screened swimming pool.  The great room area overlooks a wonderful stone fireplace and a self-maintained fresh water fish tank.  The property is centrally located between the Gulf Beaches and the city of Tampa.  The Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach is just minutes away and Orlando is a short 90 minute drive, making day trips to Disney very convenient.  

Amenities/Layout
Bay Breeze is a three bedroom, 2 bath home located on the edge of Clearwater in quaint Safety Harbor.  The great room area includes the living room, with a sofa sleeper, dining room and kitchen that overlooks the lovely stone fireplace and pool area.  

There is a barbeque grill and an outside table for those quiet evenings with the family.  As a special treat, this home has a large fresh water fish tank for your enjoyment.  

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a shower.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Rates

The following chart reflects our rates.
Cash, Cashier check, or money orders accepted.

Plus applicable Florida taxes.
Cleaning fee and all monthly utility charges are included.
*Minimum 4 night stay
Pool can be heated for an additional $45.00 per week

Check out is 11AM

Up to 4 adults.  Add $15 for each additional adult per week.

 

Deposit

A security deposit of $300 is required for each week of stay.  It will be returned to you no later than 1 week after your departure.  Security deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 60 days prior to Arrival Date.
