With 3 bedrooms, two baths and a private heated pool, this home is fully furnished and located just minutes away from Tampa and beautiful Clearwater Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  Our Top of the Bay property is only 90 minutes west of Orlando Florida and can be found at the top of Tampa Bay on the edge of Clearwater in Oldsmar, Florida.

Amenities
The Top of the Bay home is a split plan home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and your own private pool.  The pool is heated for your enjoyment all year.  The home is elegantly decorated with an upgraded kitchen, beautiful wallpaper, carpet and ceramic tile throughout.

The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms on the opposite side.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom.  The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The kitchen opens to the screened pool area outside.  There is a barbecue grill and an outside table and chairs for those quiet evenings with the family. 

As a special treat, this home has a large fresh water fish tank for your entertainment.

Up to 4 adults.  Add $15 for each additional adult per week.

 

A security deposit of $300 is required for each week of stay.  It will be returned to you no later than 1 week after your departure.  Security deposit fully refundable if cancellation is received within 60 days.
