Paradise Bay 

If you want to live in luxury while you are staying in Florida, this is the home for you.  

Paradise Bay is our largest and most luxurious home.  This home has been totally renovated with new bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub, new tile flooring and brand new carpet in the bedrooms.  It has a gorgeous great room area with a large fresh water fish tank for your enjoyment as well as a 27" TV with DVD and VCR.  The dining area has a lovely stone fireplace and overlooks the pool area.  The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and is configured as a split bedroom home.  

Paradise Bay is fully furnished and has its own private in-ground screened swimming pool.  The property is centrally located between the Gulf Beaches and the city of Tampa in the quaint little area of Safety Harbor Florida.  The Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach are just minutes away.  Orlando is also a short 90 minute drive, making day trips to Disney and Epcot very convenient.  

Amenities/Layout
Paradise Bay is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located on the edge of Clearwater in Safety Harbor.  The great room area includes the living room, with a sofa sleeper, 27" TV with DVD and VCR and a 50 gallon fishtank for your enjoyment.  The dining room and kitchen overlook a lovely stone fireplace and the pool area.  

There is a barbeque grill and an outside table for those quiet evenings with the family.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and its own bathroom with a shower.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV.  The other bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The bathroom that is used by these 2 rooms is equipped with a jacuzzi tub and a large glass enclosed shower.

Rates

The following chart reflects our rates.
Cash, Cashier check, or money orders accepted.

Plus applicable Florida taxes.
Cleaning fee and all monthly utility charges are included.
*Minimum 4 night stay
Pool can be heated for an additional $45.00 per week.

 

Check in is 4PM

Check out is 11AM

Up to 4 adults.  Add $15 for each additional adult per week.

 

Deposit

A security deposit of $300 is required for each week of stay.  It will be returned to you no later than 1 week after your departure.  Security deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date.
