The Texas Frequency Coordination Authority's board was dismissed by the Executive Director in June 2006. We are looking for 6 honest people for a new board. Those former board members of good will are welcome back. You know who you are. Please note that all past TFCA coordinations continue to be valid. Until a new board is formed, we will be accepting only applications which the other coordinator will not issue, will not issue in a timely manner, or repeaters already coordinated by another coordinator.
Malicious rumors seem to be circulating to the effect that TFCA is in competition or is trying to harm the other coordinator, the Texas VHF-FM Society. Nothing could be further from the truth. Some of the board members dismissed did have a hidden agenda of harming or destroying the Society. They are no longer with us.
In June 2007 Joshua and Crybaby passed away within 10 days of each other. I currently have 4 cats but will not be updating the cat pages until I am emotionally able to do so.
