If you have a Field Trip opportunity for the year we recommend ourselves as the optimum choice. Think of it - You can have receive a series of classes on marine science in your classroom over the course of a few weeks and culminate it with a trip to our facility which is located within a block from the Pacific Ocean. Youll get a chance to see even more animals at our facility and then do lab work in our gigantic outdoor lab - the Beach! Our program is designed to meet the California State Science Standards, particularly in the Life Science requirements. We can accommodate a maximum of 60 students and chaperones at a time. Check below for choices OR call us at (310) 318-7438. OCEANS ALIVE!
Children will study living and non-living products from the
sea with many opportunities to touch live marine organisms.
In addition to being a fun exploration of our ocean critters,
it is also an opportunity to put their sorting skills to good
use by classifying non-living versus living things and plants
versus animals.
