Spam tracking

Visit the following link to determine to whom your report should be sent:
spamcop

I view the source code for a spam email to capture the numeric address for the email source. Then I use the spamcop tracker to get the address at the ISP for reporting the spam activity. Then I copy the email source code into an email with the subject "Please stop this spam!" and send it off to the spammers ISP. Some ISP's acknowledge the complaint and report back their action on the offender. I get about 25% "We've closed the account" reports on spammers that I've complained about.
