How to have more than one web page open

Is it possible to have more than one web page open at a time? If so, how can I do that? I'd like to toggle back and forth between eBay and another site.

A: Open a site, reduce it(-), open another from your favorites, history, or wherever. Resize your windows to your liking......You can open explorer, then click start, programs, netscape, and have two browsers going too.

Just restore (1/2 size) one web page, go to whatever you do to bring up a new web page and put that at 1/2 size and you can click back and forth. The "active one" is on top to use. Click on other one to make it active to use that page.
