What is my CPU speed and my RAM ?



I'm wondering where I go to find out what my CPU (Don't even know what that is) speed is and my RAM ?

When computers first boot up, they often "count up" the amount of ram. It should count up to, say, 16,000 or 32,000 or some such number. The first case would be 16Meg, the second 32Meg, and so on.

Also, the CPU speed is usually displayed, such as "200Mhz" or something like that.

If you are running win3, try typing MSD at the DOS prompt and see if anything happens (MSD = Microsoft Diagnostics). If you are running win95, try going MY COMPUTER => CONTROL PANEL => SYSTEM and clicking on that area and see all the interesting info about your system.
