About Author:
Although born in Terre Haute, Indiana, Kerry Hettleman has lived most of her life in Southern California. At sixteen she hosted a television program in Palm Springs and produced and directed a few of her own television productions. She has gone on to teach, share her gifts and personal truth in her Higher Self Workshops, lectures and private counseling.
Kerry is uniquely open and honest in communicating with others. She has a dynamic presence and a golden aura that exudes love and befriends everyone she meets. Often called "The Golden Girl," she is forever smiling and reaching out to people with an infectious and exuberant energy.

In Our Oneness
A Message from Kerry and her Angels

In my Oneness with My Father in Heaven, I am open to receive. Please help us to understand how to live in our new world.
All that you have worked so hard to achieve can now come into creation. What you are calling Ascension is a way of putting words to what has recently occurred. Ascension is defined as having risen and is used in reference to Jesus when he took his body and was lifted home. Many of you have been lifted into a new vibrational frequency, one where you now live in your Onesness with me. This is referred to as the fifth dimension.
Although you still remain in your Earth bodies, I can tell you they are no longer the same as before. You may still be feeling some of the density of the lower vibrations but now you can release these “symptoms” by simply commanding in your Oneness they be gone!
You may ask, am I home? Yes, you are forevermore one with me, your Father and my Son. We are one! I now dwell in you and in your oneness and you will never be lost again. If you are referring to Heaven as your new home, you may say you are now able to live in your new world, Heaven on Earth, but the last days have yet to come where you will be lifted and relocated.
Now that you understand what has occureed I ask you to begin to live in your Oneness. Do you recall when you walked through the portal in April of 2006? You met my son and he hook your hand and explained, “you and I are now one. We are one with our father.” Then you were asked to give up all remaining criticism, fear and negativity. You agreed to do this. And you have been working diligently since this place in your time to cleanse your spirit in releasing these things. Now you can simply let them go and they will be gone!
On this day you were also told that you would walk the remaining days on Earth as Jesus did, healing, manifesting and giving testimony to me. I also informed you that you would not experience physical death and that there would be no ashes to scatter in your sacred place. This you accepted even though you did not understand. Now that you have ascended you will begin to understand these things that I have foretold.
When Jesus healed the sick in laying his hands on his brothers and sisters and asked in my name that they be healed, he did not doubt that they would be healed because he had accepted his oneness with me and knew that “our will” was one in the same. Had he any doubt of my ability to perform these miracles, these miracles would not have been witnessed. And upon the manifestation of these miracles, he gave thanks to me, knowing that all power comes from me, your one and only Creator God. He glorified me, and not himself and asked you to do the same.
From now on when you command in my name I ask that give credit to me, your Father in Heaven. Jesus walked the Earth setting the example and demonstrating all that you now have in your Oneness with me. So you are indeed living in a different world from the one before. Those who remain in the third and fourth dimension will be renewed in their faith when they are witness to these miracles you will perform. They too will have the opportunity to rise on this day foretold, “Judgment Day." In this time, you may walk among them but to many you will be invisible. You will appear to them only when they have turned to me for help.
To my chosen ones, the 144, 000 who have ascended to whom I now speak, you no longer need to be concerned for these days to come. For you will now walk with me and will not be touched or harmed in anyway because of the gifts that you are now unfolding and beginning to use. You will improve in your ability to manifest and heal with practice.
Are you surprised that you who did not give up your sugar, tobacco and wine are here today? When you bless it, it is transformed and becomes sacred and pure. You can raise it’s vibration to make it divine. When you bless it before you partake you may find you desire it less and are no longer are “addicted”. And when there is a need of water, you can make the water clean for those to drink. And when there is no food, you can manifest plenty. And when there appears to be no way, you will create a way to lead your brothers and sisters to safety.
You are now, Masters in training. Your services will be much in need. And when you return home in Heaven with me, you will assist your brothers and sisters in teaching them how to adapt in their new home in their ”Union” with me. By example.
Rejoice! You have arrived! Now our real work begins.

"Laughter Lightens"
A Message from Kerry and her Angels

Do you remember the scene in the movie, Mary Poppins where Ed Wynn sings the song, "I love to laugh?" The more he laughs the lighter he becomes until he begins to rise up to the ceiling? What a wonderful visual for us, then and now, in depicting the raising of ones vibration when they laugh!
Laughter heals! Laughter lightens! Laughter actually causes ones vibration to increase in frequency which in effect raises the vibration throughout the entire mental, emotional and physical body and beyond, traveling throughout the universe. This delightful and simple vibration can bring balance and heal by releasing or preventing blockages in the natural flow of energy. When energy is flowing through the body freely, one maintains a natural state of health and balance.
The word disease is literally "dis-ease." When we resist the natural flow in life with our thoughts and feelings that may be of a negative or fearful vibration, we are in essence creating an imbalance within. This imbalance creates the blocks in the flow of energy and results in dis-ease. This dis-ease can manifest in actual disease in the mind and body if it is allowed to remain and take root. It can also be transformed and released in laughter!
Love is the soultion to every problem! It is the highest vibration in the universe! It brings light to every corner of darkness. Then we can see the humor! In remembering that everything is energy, we can learn to work with and direct our vibrational patterns and frequencies into a state of joy that in turn creates a vacuum in the law of attraction bringing more joy right back to you!
When you begin to focus on that which brings you joy and that which makes you feel the emotions welling up inside and a need to release this energy in laughter, you can find humor in just about everything. The more you laugh the lighter you become and you too can rise above anything and float up to the ceiling and beyond.
To maintain the natural balance within you can also allow the other emotions that come up to flow freely as well. For example, when you feel sad, allow the tears to flow, for they shall release from the "cloud of darkness" and then the light of the sun will come out again. If it is anger you are feeling, express your displeasure in your words rather than holding them inside. This too creates a block in the natural flow of energy within.
Tell the truth quickly, in what you perceive is "wrong or unjust" in the moment, then you can release it. If you suppress this energy because you have convinced yourself that it is not OK to express anything that is not loving or positive then it festers, grows and can mushroom into a future explosion of expression. It is hard to see the humor within the situation or experience when you have focused so intently on withholding it.
If you are very good at keeping the lid on your emotions whether they are of a positive or negative nature, then you are only causing yourself harm. Anger too, held within can precipitate disease. And on the flip side of the coin, if you hold it in then let it out you may find yourself experiencing the consequences of having crossed the line of society's rules and in a heap of trouble!
Whatever the emotion you are feeling for whatever reason, allow yourself to feel it and express it in a natural and harmonious way. If you are angry, be the best angry person you can possibly be. If you are ill or have disease, be the best sick person you can possibly be. If you are sad, go with it, flow with it and cry buckets of tears in your sadness or disappointment. Then this too shall pass. For when we allow our emotions to flow freely without judgment they come and go without causing harm. "Where there is no resistance, there is no harm." (Shirley MacLaine) Sometimes we forget to call upon the gift of our "sense of humor!"
Just as it is in nature, it is with us. The storms come and go. The Earth shakes, rattles and rolls, and the water and winds can present a rage of fury! Then it passes, and there is the calm after the storm. When there is destruction in nature, you can giggle and laugh in knowing that the Earth too has lessons to learn in releasing and not holding onto the negativity accumulated from within. She too can blow, if she does not release in the moment of the now.
Do not judge what you are thinking or feeling. Take a look at it, acknowledge the dark side in your polarity and bring it into the light in replacing the experience with a higher and new truth. Then release it! Just let it go! Give thanks to your perfectly balanced imperfections, and find the humor in it, while you remain in the "Human Experience."
And...don't forget to laugh! Life is really funny!!!
