Performers
Eleni - a popular singer from Poland, singing in Polish and Greek.
Polonez - Polish Folk Ensemble of Vancouver (Canada) with dance program that reflects
the finest Polish spirit. Polonez gave many
performances in Canada and abroad.
Sobotka - children and adult’s folk dance group of
the Polish Community in Portland.
It includes over 80 children and 25 adults.
Aratas - Hungarian folk dance ensemble from Portland performs Tanchaz, a popular recreational pastime in Hungary.
Polkabeats - the best polka band in Oregon
Polonus - the best Polish band in the Nortwest.
Paula Gadowski - ffemale vocalist sings with guitar accompaniment.
Süsse Füsse - international folk dance troupe of children directed by Heidi Vorst.
Naslada - the group performs dances from all over the Balkan regions.
Dedication Ceremony - the ceremony starts with harvest
parade from the Church, follows with dedication address on the stage,
and ends with the Polonaise dance.
Polka Contest - the only polka contest in Oregon, originated on the Polish Festival four
years ago.
