The "Hook'Um" House sleeps up to 10 and offers waterfront benefits

of a 60 ft. boat dock,river lights,sun deck and fishing just out your front door !!

Large screen TV, VCR,Cable, electric stove, hardwood floors, drapes, microwave, wood burning fireplace, two bathrooms, sun deck with loungers and all the other appliances you need to feel right at home are included.  Two bunk beds, one regular bed, one king bed and a fold out couch accommodate up to 10.

Downstairs has it's own A/C, bathroom and sleeps 4

Plenty of parking with night lights

All the comforts of home with a Colorado River view !!

Upstairs shower and downstairs tub & shower.

Upstairs sleeps 6 with fold out couch.

Full Kitchen with everything you could need !

Rates Non-Hosted

Weekly : $ 650.00 includes 1 weekend

Mid week days Sunday-Thursday : $ 125.00 per night

Weekends Friday & Saturday: $350.00 per weekend

Rates Hosted with Fishing Excursion

Weekend Offshore: $ 1,150.00 for 4

$ 50.00 each extra person

$ 175.00 damage deposit on lodging packages

and

50% deposit on excursions reserves your dates

Checks due 14 days in advance for balance

Cashiers checks due 5 business days in advance for balance
