Please Note!
Our National Agreement provides stewards the right to handle all complaints and disputes on the clock.
The home phone numbers for the stewards should only be used to contact them if you have an urgent matter that won't wait until you are both at work.
Please do not call the Stewards at home with a grievance issue unless it is urgent or one of you will not be available the next day at work (sick leave, annual leave, etc.).
We have the right to file grievances within 14 days of an incident, so please keep that in mind.
