ONCE HEALTHY PLACES:

In recent past years you were able to go to a natural area of high negative ionization such as forests, mountains, beaches, and waterfalls. These were considered healthy places. All of that has changed. The government and military aerosol (chemtrail) activity in the atmosphere, over our cities and world has damaged and negated the ability of natural resources to produce healthy negative ions as before. The total effect is a great increase in positive ions on and around your body and in your total living environment.

All things, in the past, that had impact on natural environmental production of negative ions, for the well being of all kinds of life forms, is not of great consequence in today’s military chemtrail world. The military activity in the atmosphere ultimately has a lethal, destructive effect on the production of negative ions — the same negative ions humans and other life forms depend on for their very survival.

Weather and atmosphere is important in the production of negative ions. The Navy RFMP/ VTRPE chemtrail program uses a barium salt mixture aerosol in the atmosphere we breathe. The Navy program started over four years ago and hundreds of tons of barium salt has been sprayed into our air. You cannot make negative ions in a barium salt atmosphere that is radiated and contains an electrolyte. There are more factors making positive ions than there are factors making negative ions.

We are coming into a time when all living life forms and our farm soil will require negative ions to survive. Negative ions in the air decay within a few seconds of being created.

Four years ago we watched what first appeared to be one type of event in the atmosphere. Over time, we determined we were not viewing one event but several military operations, each of a different nature. We believe the military projects were hidden or cloaked behind the biological detection, decontamination, and climate related projects. Most Federal and State level authorities were not truthfully informed of the military projects. The projects were compartmentalized and made secret from the people and certain levels of government.

OPINION:

Aggressive combat warfare is occurring in the sky over the United States.

We believe Russian scalar longitudinal EM wave interferometers are actively attempting to manipulate and control the jet stream and weather over the United States.  They are creating drought in the United States.

We observe the American military and representatives from the science community actively attempting to negate the Russian’s control of our weather with “chemtrails,” polymer fibers and transmitters.

Scalar waves used as a Weapon:

Scalar longitudinal EM waves have the potential to generate the effect of a weapon through spacetime itself in a manner so that mass and energy do not “travel through space” from the transmitter to the target at all.   Instead, ripples and patterns in the fabric of spacetime itself are manipulated to meet and interfere in and at the local spacetime of some distant target.  The interference of these ripple patterns creates the desired energetic effect directly in and through the target itself, emerging from the very spacetime (vacuum) in which the target is imbedded at its distant location.  Scalar waves can be used as a weapon to create earthquakes.  Several countries, including China, have the technology.

Crop Circles:

Scalar wave technology is used to create crop circles.  It has nothing to do with UFO’s.

Medical effect on people:

We believe past and present Russian scalar and other “woodpecker” RF radiation efforts against the United States will continue to affect the body chemistry and could gradually affect the rational thinking and mental processes of those in their field of operation.

Conclusion:

During the last four years of our “chemtrail investigation,” we have apparently worked from the lesser observed military projects to this, the most significant and profound military action in the history of man on the earth.  Nikola Tesla spoke of these things in the early 1920’s.

The American people have not been informed and know little of the existing cellular communication and weapons technology, beyond textbook physics and the understanding of most science today.

Below is an overview of the several projects, military and government.

1. ADVANCED RADAR STUDIES: The Navy military effort is striving for complete (RF) radio frequency radiation dominance in the atmosphere over (battlefield) terrain. One aspect is the Navy’s “RFMP,” Radio Frequency Mission Planner - VTRPE program.

2. WEATHER MODIFICATION: Evidence indicates that American and Russian military agencies, and other countries are racing to develop and apply Tesla’s scalar energy weapon systems. Scalar is considered by some to be the ultimate military weapon. The technology has broad engineering application. Fragile life support systems in and over the United States are being manipulated and altered by foreign governments for military advantage.  Our military is engaged in weather modification for the generation and dissipation of precipitation, clouds, and fog; modification of localized storm systems; and the use of the ionosphere and near space for space control and communications dominance; as well as to negate the effects of Russian scalar and other “woodpecker” RF radiation efforts against the United States.

3. BIOLOGICAL DETECTION / DECONTAMINATION: Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

4. CLIMATE CHANGE: This involves radiation from the sun, the ozone protective layer, oxygen, CO₂, and negating other pollutants in the atmosphere.

We encourage our readers to investigate atmospheric pollution, global warming, ozone and ultraviolet radiation stituations. The news media is not reporting the serious nature of these events. In this application, man-made, aerosol cloud cover is a poor, temporary “patch” with health consequences and not an acceptable fix to those problems. The solution is to ground airplanes, shut down industry, close fossil fuel generating plants, etc., and alter our way of life. So you see, an economic collapse would ensue if the source of the problems were directly addressed.

CLIMATE CHANGE

Concerns are widespread and encompass all solar radiation including UV and solar flares. We cannot emphasize enough the serious nature of the ozone depletion to all aspects of life on this planet. Solar radiation can support disease in different forms and directly or indirectly damage the food supplies. UV rays can suppress the human immune system leaving the body vulnerable to many diseases caused by bacteria and viruses entering through or affecting the skin.

In space, it’s best not to envision the ozone layer as a distinct, measurable band. Instead, think of it in terms of parts per million concentrations in the stratosphere (the layer six to 30 miles above the Earth’s surface).

On August 15, 1997, the father of the H-Bomb, Edward Teller, coauthored a paper entitled: GLOBAL WARMING AND ICE AGES, which was prepared for submittal to the 22nd International Seminar on Planetary Emergencies on August 20-23, 1997 in Erice (Sicily), Italy. RADIO FREQUENCY MISSION PLANNER

The second and most secretive project is the United States Navy’s project to gain total radio frequency (RF) dominance over a battlefield and country, before, during and after combat. This is part of the Advanced Radar Studies program. All ongoing projects in the atmosphere ultimately have a basis in radiation and radio frequency (RF) radiation. Science, military and government do not know of the effects on human bodies and minds. We are told, projects are managed out of Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, with communication between White Sands Proving Grounds, New Mexico.

One Navy project is called the RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner, military program. The RFMP is the system name given to a group of computer programs. One of the supporting subprograms within the RFMP system is called the VTRPE computer program. VTRPE is an acronym that stands for Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation. It is a computer Radio Frequency propagation program that deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the battlefield terrain in 3 dimensions (3-D) on a computer television screen. The RFMP system depends on satellites to feed their images of the battlefield, to then be combined with the battlefield picture painted from the ground, thus producing 3-D images that can be transmitted to television and DataWall screens for command control. Barium salt aerosol is necessary over land to make this system function.

By providing an extremely interactive and visual (television type radar screens) environment, the RFMP system allows the computer operator to develop familiarity with the Radio Frequency environment before a battlefield war mission occurs by playing a variety of “what-if” virtual warfare scenarios on his computer screen. Since all major modes of Radio Frequency propagation are modeled in his computer (RFMP system), special, sometimes counter-intuitive cases can be examined in detail and exploited during a warfare battle mission.

The VTRPE computer program only worked accurately over water and along coastal areas, but not over land masses because the system’s radar waves required an atmospheric condition known as “ducting” to operate accurately.

The government and military solved the ducting problem by releasing an aerosol, a mixture of barium salts into the atmosphere over America. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol, when sprayed in a straight line, will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. Enemy high frequency communications can be monitored easier with the straight line A to B ducting medium.
