SMOKE
HOUSE GARLIC BREAD
1/4 pound butter
2 cloves garlic, ground
Bread, thickly sliced
Shredded American cheese
Melt butter. Add garlic and let
mixture stand several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Strain butter, discarding garlic. Dip thick, fresh bread
slices in butter mixture, then into cheese.
Place under broiler until heated and golden brown.
