Changes to Undergraduate and Graduate University
Undergraduate University only awards Bachelors degrees. A Bachelors degree requires 6 skill levels in college, a Bachelors degree with a minor requires 8 skill levels, and dual Bachelors degrees require 9 skill levels.
Graduate University shall be a 2 year program, recieving 2 specialty skills and 1 elective skill. Other benifits are modified as follows; on odd numbered tours of graduate university +1 EDU is recieved, on even numbered tours Instruction 1 is recieved. The following skills are to be added as electives; Research, Persausion, Investigation, and any specialties. If specialty skills are unrelated to Bachelors degree held then another Bachelors degree is awarded, if specialty skills are related to Bachelors degree held then a Masters degree is awarded, if specialty skills are related to Masters degree held then a PhD is awarded.
