LOTR Duty (We are looking for leaders for the various rides expectations.
Such as: smell the wild flowers, don't stop but for gas, skill level, and so on)
Group 1 (There will be plenty of groups, big and small, mavericks and solos)
Group 2 (Not to worry, ride organization happens on the fly at the Super 8 Motel parking lot)
Group 3...Step up and be heckled
5:00 PM, or so Relaxing Biers in Luckenbach
7:30 PM, tentative

Group Dinner - Don't know where yet, stay tuned

1 - Ride your own Ride

2 - Never heckle for speed cause everyone is following rule 1

Speed definitions:

- stately       =  < 70 
- brisk         = 70 - 80 
- spirited     = 75 - 85 
- bracing     = 80 - 90 
- Dark Side = WFO 

Route 1 - Let's do the 3's

  • 16S Medina
  • 337W Leakey (stop for fuel, gossip, etc.)
  • 336N
  • 41W (boring, but only way to....)
  • 335S  Camp Wood (Lunch at cafe)
  • 337E (more fuel, etc)
  • 83N
  • 39E Kerrville (pretty ride along river)
  • 16N Fredericksburg (fuel - on to Luchenbach)

    Route 2 - Long way to Llano and lunch at Cooper's BBQ

  • 1623E Blanco

  • 473W Comfort (fuel, soda, etc)  {old heads will recognize the route so  far as the route of the  Magnificent 7}
  • 87N F'burg (fuel if didn't get it at Comfort)

  • 2323N Llano and lunch at Cooper's (best BBQ in world)  (fuel up after lunch)
  • 152W
  • 87N again (only a mile tho)
