$9 per person
Cooper's BBQ & Keg of Shiner Bock Bier

Location of the Dinner will be at the Super 8 Motel where all rides start in the morning and most of the shenanigans take place. We are using the back parking lot behind the pool and next to the white brick wall. There are a couple of picnic tables where food will be served. There are however no seating arrangements. That would have cost us an extra $15 per person. It, of course, never rains on dfwVROC.
Cooper's BBQ in Llano Texas will be providing a taste bud satisfying repast.

We have ordered enough food, estimated by the fine Cooper's staff (Ron), to feed 100 people. As the Dinner gets closer I will firm up the total number of diners and Cooper's will adjust the actual amount of food to pick up.
As of now there will be:
33 pounds of brisket
25 pounds of sausage
4 gallons of beans
4 gallons of potato salad
plus appropriate amounts (meaning I don't know exactly) of the other food stuffs.
