NOTES:
* I do not yet know any correct designation for this tube base type; "SK‑136" is the part number of a compatible socket.
Some tubes with this base have the evacuation/fill nipple in the center of the base, requiring compatible sockets to have a matching center hole specified as 5.0mm (0.200") diameter with depth not specified (drawn as completely through the socket 10mm / 0.39" thick).
Pins are shown as looking at the base of the tube; i.e. "bottom view".
