POLICE DISCOVERED THE BODY OF AN EGYPTIAN MAN in a burlap sack on Limehouse docks early Monday morning, the 12th victim in a series of bizarre slayings.Though Inspector James Barrington of the Yard had no immediate comment, sources exclusive to The Scoop agreed that the victim was still alive when discovered by the police but expired shortly thereafter. The victim had been beaten severely and stabbed in the chest.
