Further Assignment for Independent Investigations.

Investigate the following areas and report status:

1.  Crescent Empire Imports
2.  Blue Pyramid
3.  Penhew Foundation, including Asst. Director Thomas Cardwell
4.  Tewfik al-Sayed (current location and activities)
5.  Western Mining and Exploration (activities, offices, shipping ports)
6.  Edward Gavigan (current location, activities, possible travel alias)

Also, travel to Edinburgh and ask Professor Anthony Cowles (U. of Sidney) if he knows anything about Western Mining and Exploration.  Prof. Cowles is scheduled to lecture at the University of Edinburgh on March 9.

I am also wiring a draft for 50 pounds sterling to your account at Barclay's Bank as a retainer.
