The Skagit-Snohomish Regional Group of the Horseless Carriage Club of America is a non-profit organization with an active membership dedicated to the preservation of pre-1916 motorized vehicles, literature, accessories, history, and associated items.

Any person or family who is a current member of the Horseless Carriage Club of America, with interest or ownership in pre-1916 vehicles shall be eligible to apply for membership. Dues are $15.00 per year and include copies of the Brass Ramblings monthly region newsletter. You can view the latest issue by clicking on "newsletter" in the MENU of this website. National dues are $45.00 per year, and include the bi-monthly national Horseless Carriage Gazette.
