	* If the OSPF network type on a Frame Relay network is changed to
	  BROADCAST, it will have a DR and BDR election and priority should 
	  be set.

	** The OSPF network type of point-to-multipoint is not the default
	   type of any interface.  OSPF point-to-multipoint networks must be
	   statically configured.
