Logical Form Recognition™ (LFR) is the backbone of OmniForm. LFR recognizes the non-text elements of forms like lines, check boxes, tables, comb fields, and graphics - essentially all form elements. In addition, LFR creates field labels for each fillable field using the words adjacent to the form element. LRF can also recognize calculations, which will be performed automatically when the form is filled out.

Mailable Filler
The OmniForm Mailable Filler is both an executable file and an HTML file, which enables OmniForm forms to be distributed (via email or diskette, for example) with a run-time Filler attached. Recipients can fill out the form without needing OmniForm Filler installed on their computers. Form data entered into the Mailable Filler can be imported into the database in OmniForm. OmniForm saves the Mailable Filler as an HTML file so that this feature also works with email systems that do not allow ".exe" programs.
