Epoxy airfoil / Into the inferno

Modded IAC housing, coolant nipples ground off/filled/painted, looks stock

With these three shots you can get a little view of how there is about
an inch worth of siameseing vs. the stock plenum/runners. All entries radiused

Side shot of a runner, you can see i siamesed through the entire flange
and mildly enlarged/smoothed the entry.

Yes the dishwaser really does a good job at cleaning parts.

I cleaned the runners very well, and then i let them sit w/ Castrol Super Clean
in them to etch them. Maybe it enlarged them a few thousandths of an inch (if you've ever cleaned AL
with this stuff you know how caustic it is), or maybe it just got them extra clean. Who cares i was bored.

These 3 shots show how my autometer FP guage sender mounts to the rail.
As you can see it's a 270' loop that's also been flattened back as well as drawn sideways.
On my HOME page you can see how this looks w/ the plenum on.
It's nice not having the sender cluttering things up.
