Well, I for one like Finn's style. Out of all the female outfits I've seen
on the show I would pick hers to wear. I actually have quite a few outfits that resemble it.
I think in regards to being
on the plateau hers is a very practical outfit.
It must be extremely hard to kick and jump in skirts, so although her
shorts are very short they must come in handy. And, unlike Marguerite, she won't have problems running and tripping as she
runs from villains.
The only problem is the color. I do not think that the color is very practical. In a hot climate like
the jungle, black would just attract the heat and make it even more unbearable. You would think someone from the future would
realize that!
And Monica writes:
Finn's fashion sense comes directly from a future that is more dependent on
survival than flattery or elegance.
It might have been practical for the cross-bow in 2033, but on the Plateau
in 1923 it leaves much to be desired.
Even though Finn does have more 'coverage' than Veronica, it is not nearly
as practical. At least Veronica's outfit provides places to store her knives (both on the skirt of her outfit and her
boots) that serve well in the heat of battle.
Finn's garb needs to become more Plateau-friendly. Even Marguerite's
outfits, appropriate for a lady of her time, provide coverage against the bothersome Plateau bugs, and pockets to store weapons,
as well as a provocativeness that she can use to her advantage when dealing with either the undesirables or her most
desired, depending on the circumstances.
Finn could take a few pointers from the Plateau fashion mavens.

And a late submission to our Finn question. Thank you, Explorer, for your uniquely
male view on Finn's outfit. We've not yet met anyone under 50, who likes leopard print, but since she is a girl from the 21st
century, things might just have changed. We'll have to wait for her further adventures to get clarity on this.

like Finn. I think she shows amazing ability to endure under stress and is trying to overcome a past in which she was without
friends or trust. That she has survived, and retained both a sense of humor and one of wonder and intellectual curiosity speaks
well of her.

Finn, where to begin! First of all I was always highly disappointed in her chosen attire
- she is from the future for heavens sake, but she is wearing an outfit that I could go out and purchase today if I so desired.
Why I have always been led to believe that in the future we would all be sporting tin foil, glittery makeup and blue hair!
However once I got over my initial disappointment about Finn's somewhat conservative look, I had to concede that it was probably
more appropriate for a post-apocalyptic environment.
Now the humid conditions of the lost plateau are another matter entirely!
Poor Finn stuck wearing snug fitting black - as we know black absorbs heat and she would be far better off wearing loose fitting
clothes that affords a breeze to reach and cool her skin. I shudder to think how sweaty she must get under there!!
Plus she has such lovely fair skin, I really feel that black does not do her justice. I would recommend her go back
to the archaeologist camp from Suspicion and try and salvage some of Ms Emily Harper's spare clothes. This may be a
little morbid but I think she'll find that the female scientists chosen jungle attire is more practical. Why I can just
see Finn now in a pair of light Khaki shorts, light baggy shirt and a jaunty neckerchief!
About the blue hair: I think we have seen the same scifi shows in our youth. :-)

As for Finn....her outfit is a cross between what Lara wears personally and
a garb that really does suit Finn's lifestyle in the future (minimal). It's easy to wash (if necessary) and easy to move around
in, and does have a the modern tankini look (which is all the rage). So her outfit does suit her future environs. Plus it
doesn't detract from her fresh faced beauty. And I believe the black colour has a two fold purpose. One, it doesn't show dirt
as easily. Secondly...where the eye is drawn, from a cinematic viewpoint....and as people have stated she doesn't fit (well
the costume sets her apart and colour most definitely does). And the character was introduced NOT to be a 'long time'member
of the group. It's a very subliminal reminder that she has a purpose and won't be around with the group after her purpose
is fulfilled.

certain Will and a Rachel, when in reality they mean Lord Roxton and Miss Krux. Probably a mix-up with a different plane of
