Address

Self Assessment of above:
1. Arms, hands not hanging down naturally, standing too far from ball, reaching.
2. Feet aligned to much to the right (more toward the right target instead of the target directly ahead 200yds. out).

Forming "L" enroute Up

Self Assessment of above:
1. Nice swing path
2. Nice "L" shape (arm to club)
3. Left knee starting to bend too much to right
4. Right leg starting to lose bend in knee
5. Could incorrectly set myself up for a reverese pivot if not careful.

2. Body turns good
3. Good swing path.
4. Left leg too much to the right.
5. Left foot heel pulled up so much that foot is losing contact with ground.

Impact

Self Assessment of above:
1. Not enough power
2. Ball flight was between target ahead (200yds) and the target to the right (140 yds.)

Finish

Self Assessment of above:
1. Good finish.
2. Body weight is incorrectly balanced back between left foot and right toe instead of being more over left foot.

Note: I had my PGA Pro review the above pictures and he agreed with the posted assessments.
