Personal Assesment; Personal Log of William Hathoway:
Well what is there to say about myself except that I was born in the South. An Antiquated American term, which roughly
translates to the fact that I was brought up with strong values, fostered by stern but fair parents. My Parents impressed
upon me at an early age the importance of right and wrong and the value of hard labor. They where both part of the North American
Home Ranch Restoration Movement. I grew up outside of the metropolis on a Ranch. We worked the land and preserved the old
ways of life. I was expected to carry on the tradition and I would of if it was not for the wisdom of my parents. They realized
my heart was not in it and so encouraged me to break from tradition and to join Starfleet. Ever since then I thank my parents
every day for having the courage and the integrity to let me be who I am. I feel if it where not for their strength of character
I would be half the man I am today.

Professional Assesment of William Hathoway From The Desk Of Admiral Chaney:
William Hathoway meets and or exceeds all criteria for active duty. He shows a great deal of talent in what ever
he applies himself to. He has a strong since of work ethic that simply does not allow him to do anything with out putting
everything he has to offer into it. His sociable nature is contagious and has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to remain
calm under fire, motivate others to excellence and adapt to the unexpected. The four years he served aboard the USS Parthenon
filled his starfleet record with accommodation after accommodation to date he is the only human star fleet officer to be promoted
from Ensign to Commander in four years. This achievement prompted me to investigate his record thoroughly and after reviewing
all records and speaking with all of his commanding officers personally I have found his swift advancement to be well deserved.
I see a man capable of great things so long as he is given enough room and I look forward to proving myself right when we
find out what he can do with the USS Olympic.

Medical Evaluation From the Desk of CMO Grecko, USS Parthenon:
William Hathoway is in top physical health for a human of his age. He sustained severe trauma to both of his legs in
an accident involving wild cattle. Apparently, he had entered a contest to see how long he could stay on top of an enraged
wild bovine. A sport that is outlawed as inhumane and too dangerous in all areas except the wild nature preserves of Texas.
Both his legs where broken in three different places. His parents refused the use of a bone knitter and the Physicians where
forced to use a bone stabilizer and allow the legs to heal naturally as a result the fractures healed correctly but the fracture
lines can still be seen along with the scars from the injury itself.

Psychological Review of William Hathoway from the Desk of Counselor Yearling, USS Parthenon:
William Hathoway is of sound mind and body. His mind is highly focused and capable displaying an aptitude for mathematics
and music. He possesses an all too human stubborn streak that is completely self imposed. He has somehow managed to turn this
failing into his greatest strength. Hathoway is fit for duty.
