A.W.I. Industries (USA) Inc. has the expertise, resources in engineering, tooling and manufacturing facilities to develop products from simple concept to finished products. Our in-house design, production and quality engineers specialize in mechanical, plastics, electronics and optical engineering. Currently, our production facilities have over 800 employees and a total manufacturing area of about 300,000 square feet. We have over 62 plastic injection molding machines with clamping pressure ranging from 40 tons to 780 tons in our manufacturing facilities. From initial product concept, we can design and supply product technical drawings, product renderings, part and tool drawings as well as prototype samples for customer's approval before entering into large scale production. Two of our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9000, ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 certified.
