Johan Santana tossed a complete game as Montreal snuck by Atlanta.Shannon Stewart singled in the winning run for Montreal in the 7th.

Montreal used four relievers to hold off Atlanta as they continued stretched their winning streak to four games.

was again on top of his game allowing just 2 runs on 4 hits with 11 K's. A walk and three singles led to 2 runs for Montreal in the 7th to pull out the win.

Atlanta finally broke out for a win. Adam Dunn began Atlanta's big 6-run 4th with a HR. Derrek Lee and Sandy Alomar (in for the injured Lieberthal) had 3 hits each for Montreal.

Chris Carpenter tossed his third straight solid game for Montreal while Carl Everett (3-for-3 w/HR) and Carlos Beltran (2-for-4 w/2-HR) provided the offense.

A 2-run HR by Bobby Abreu in the 10th capped a 3-run inning for Pittsburgh to give them the win. John Wasdin blew a save but held on for the win. Carlos Beltran had 4 hits for Montreal while Derrek Lee added 3.

Johan Santana struck out 12 en route to his complete game victory. Ray Durham (4-for-6 w/2-2B & 1-HR) and Deivi Cruz (4-for-5 w/2B) led the offensive onslaught.

It was payback time for Pittsburgh as they crushed Montreal. Derek Jeter (3-for-5 w/HR) and Bobby Abreu (3-for-4 w/1-2B & 2-HR) led their offense. Ray Durham hit a HR in his 2nd straight game for Montreal.

In a back and forth wild series the Montreal Royals stomped on Pittsburgh. It could have gone wrong for Montreal as their starter, Chris Carpenter was injured in the 4th. Lance Cormier was hit but he did well enough to earn the win. Brad Thompson and Billy Wagner came on to finish the game on the mound. Ray Durham and Mike Lieberthal had 3 hits each while Derrek Lee ripped two HR's to pace Montreal's offense.

Pittsburgh gained a split of the series (typical of Montreal in PP1) with a narrow victory  led by a solid pitching performance from Dan Haren. Randy Winn had 3 hits with a SB to lead Pittsburgh while Derrek Lee had 3 hits (now at .440 for the year) including a HR for Montreal.

Ray Durham doubled in two runs and Deivi Cruz singled in another in the 8th as Montreal came back to steal the win. Johan Santana pitched a fine game though Craig Counsel touched him for a 3-run HR.

The Tampa Bay Titans jumped out to a 4-0 lead and then held on for the win. Derrek Lee had 2 hits but left the tying run on base in the 9th. Montreal hit into three rally killing DP's. Kevin Millar had 3 hits for Tampa.

had a fine outing but Montreal's offense did not give him much support. The game went into extra innings where Tampa Bay won it in the 11th on doubles by Millar, Ward and Chavez. Carl Everett had 3 hits for Montreal, and even stole 2 bases.

pitched a great game as the Titans shocked the home town fans by winning their third game in a row. Ryan Church tripled in a run in the 1st to get things started and Nick Green scored the other run after ripping a triple in 8th.

The Royals sent Johan Santana to the mound to right the ship against the surprising Titans but Tampa Bay continued their stronghold over Montreal. The Titans ripped Santana for 5 runs on 9 hits, knocking him out during their 3-run 7th inning when Byrd, Green, Betancourt and Redman (off Wagner) led off the inning with 4 straight hits.

Montreal saved a little face by winning the final game of the series. Ray Durham homered in the 1st and then Sandy Alomar (injury replacement) singled in 2 more in the 2nd to give Montreal a lead they would not surrender. Jacque Jones added another run for Montreal with a solo HR in the 6th.
