Products progress through life cycles in which they offer varying degrees of profitability to the company.  Knowing when to introduce new products and when to end of life others is crucial to maintaining the highest ROI for the product line.  Making product line decisions is more essential than ever since the duration of the life cycles has been compressed, in some cases, to a matter of months.

 

At Pinnacle, we will construct a strategy to analyze products to determine their sell-through, market share, margin and costs to ascertain which products should continue and which should cease.  We can also design an informational feedback mechanism in which you can receive end user opinions as to new product functionality, pricing and/or feature sets.
