Through the diligent efforts of the members of our Chapter, we now have
our own website and the information contained within this site can help others improve their own procedures.
Thanks all of our members that have volunteered their time and efforts to
help make this website a success. Our members have come forward and assisted the officers in making their chapter a
growing success.
For those of you who are not familiar with Strawberry Chapter, a brief resume
will invite you to a success story within NARFE. On February 23, 1972, Strawberry Chapter 1224 received their Charter
with a total of 27 members. Today we stand tall with a membership close to 300 members. Our Chapter meets the
first Thursday of every month, except July, August and September. This gives everyone a chance to catch their breaths
before we start another year of NARFE updates. Our speakers are experts in their field, from Alzheimer's research to
State Attorneys. From lively Christmas parties to June picnics, these are only a part of the activities we have.
Our members look forward to the monthly meetings and enjoy the camaraderie we have with one another.
So, welcome friends, and peruse the following pages and pictures of a Chapter
with a success story. May every reader think about what their future might be if they were a member of Strawberry Chapter
