Registration Forms for May, 2008 testing

There are three different types of registration forms depending on grade level and intentions. The first form is for IB Diploma Students. This registration form is for only for Senior IB Diploma Students (there are currently 30 senior diploma students). The next form is for juniors who are anticipated diploma students (those who will be taking the full diploma next year). The third form is for seniors and juniors who are taking individual tests and are not pursuing a full IB diploma. Registration and payment period is from Oct. 5th to the 19th. Please submit payments and registration to the activities office. All checks should be made payable to Sunset High School. No late registrations will be accepted. Only students who are currently enrolled in an IB Class are allowed to take the test associated with that class.
