The History: Chiller sort of came up with idea while he was working for an extremely bent Progenitor Pharmacopiest. This guy had good connections with the Serpents of the Light and was using them as an unofficial drug distribution network. (the arrangement was simple.Sell the drugs and take notes on the experiment in exchange for product and a good cut of the action.) Experimenting with his own blood and some of the materials, Chiller discovered the extremely addictive nature of his own vitae. This might have brought him to the attention of the progenitor (for good or ill) if it hadn't been for a group of mages breaking in and greasing the guy and all of Chiller's packmates. Chiller dropped out of sight for a while and then turned up on the Bishop's doorstep looking for sanctuary. The bishop paired him with Joey and a tzimisce ,(who fancied himself in charge) to make a temporary pack. Joey and Chiller were like minded individuals and soon made short work of ditching the Tzimisce. They set about creating a lean and muscular organization that would more or less run itself so they could the kind of depraved fun they desired. Not too long after that, Easter and Clarence showed up at one of their parties and asked to join the pack....Well. Easter did. Clarence did not care for the new playmates but the money was good and they left him alone for the most part. Baby just showed up one night and never really joined but never really left either.

The Dynamic: Each week. after vaulderie, Chiller takes up a collection of vitae from the pack and dilutes it in water for use in creating Juice. Joey finds a good place to hold the party and takes care of the heroin and overhead.Clarence sees to external security, and Easter and Baby get the word out about where Apotheosis is on any given weekend. Chiller runs things by dint of his addictive blood. He has learned the hard way to listen to Joey's caution, Easter's visions, and Clarence's Danger Sense. This is what has kept them alive.

Pack Tactics: Usually Clarence wades in first with Easter close behind. Baby uses her superior speed,thrown knives and acrobatic prowess to keep foes of balance. Chiller and Joey both use their obfuscate to either support their packmates or bail if it looks like the pack is gonna get wasted. Joey is very flexible in combat and deadlier than he looks. Each member of the pack has an automatic weapon or two but each has their preferences. Clarence uses his fists, Chiller uses his tounge, Joey uses his claws, Baby loves her knives and Easter is partial to her chain.

Collected Resources: Chiller has 3 large ghouls as his personal guard,Joey has 2 ghouls to handle certain business matters and about six blooded hardened gang boys which act as their distribution network and extra muscle. It should be noted that the pack is stinking filthy rich from drug sales alone but they are also up their elbows in home electronics, stolen and otherwise, from hard core junkies.

Sexual Politics: Baby has had a crack at sharing blood with all of her packmates except Clarence (and even he's been tempted, her Presence is somewhat powerful) Easter and Baby consider one another lovers. Chiller and Easter have a sort of sexual tension thing going on. Most of the vampires prefer using humans for their playtoys instead of each other. Joey and Clarence do this almost exclusively.

Relations to others:Most of the Vampires of Crimson Heaven are under 10 years old. None have ever been nomadic and as such they are considered young pikers by most of the elders and by nomads. Only Baby is older (40 years as a vampire) Each vampire is considered cool by clanmates for various reasons but the pack as a whole is considered barely worth the effort of exterminating. Those who follow the path of the cathari find themselves made welcome and at home. Clarence is the only one who seems to get any real respect outside of the pack. The local Black Hand dominion likes him and is even thinking about offering membership to his sister as well.

The Pack has made enemies among the Setites and Kuei-Jin who think they are cutting into their action. they've also made mortal enemies out of some Bone gnawers who see the real effects of the drugs.

Apotheosis: This is the name of their floating haven/party zone du soir. Many times it's a penthouse apartment especially made for partying (this is what they prefer..and Clarence insists that it's easier to defend), but in lean times it been a rented club or even a condemed building on occasion. it is usually completely trashed by the time it's all over with wherever it is. Once the site has been settled on, the word goes out to the party people and they rock the place all weekend long. Joey is seriously considering embracing somebody to be their regular DJ.

Juice and Crimson Heaven: Both of these drugs are variations on the same theme. Each is made with varying degrees of heroin and kindred blood and each is a cash cow and a tool of control for Crimson Heaven. Juice is extremely diluted. Most Heroin is cut by 95 % upon arriving in america. Juice is only cut by 75% and with diluted kindred blood in the mix insures not only the incipient control of the user by the pack but also has the happy side effect of keeping the user alive to enjoy the high. Since Juice is rumored to be much more powerful and with less side effects than ordinary street heroin, it's begining to put a dent in other dealer's profits. A fact which has not escaped the notice of the Followers of Set or of certain Kuei-Jin.

Crimson Heaven is another animal alltogther. it is made only from Chiller's very addictive blood and lab-grade heroin which is totallly pure. The undiluted kindred blood enables the user to survive the experience...and what an experience. Far and away, it is the most powerful high possible on the street and fully capable of affecting and enslaving nearly anything. God help us all if he manages to give this stuff to a mage or a bete. as it is he tend to save it for utterly enslaving extremely rich kids and Kindred who've pissed him off. Such kindred usually get get sent on some suicidal errand when Chiller tires of them.

Story Uses:

Stories which involve Crimson Heaven are invariably about being enslaved by pleasure. Chiller understands the power of pleasure like few do and has built a tiny kingdom wherein he can corrupt most humans foolish enough to enter. Baby and Easter represent a sexual trap which is just as compelling as the drugs floating around. Crimson Heaven can be the supplier of any NPC with a drug problem or it can be the nexus of drug related activity that is begining an insidious spread across the young people of a given city. Crimson Heaven also shows Sabbat depravity at it's very finest. Even other Sabbat are not safe from enslavement and even other Sabbat are sometimes disgusted by their games.
