Story:Billy is a little different from your ordinary Spiral Danser. He has an easy time keeping his temper and as such has a much easier time moving among the humans of london. He has risen to a position of power among his distorted kin. and has thrown in his lot with Hawthorne Rausch. This has been profitable to him and his sept. Rausch supports the Scar Rift project and has used his financial acumen to help Billy become something of an entrepenuer. All he asks in return is muscle and the Filthy River Sept gives it to him in spades.
