Story:Jack used to be what the CIA would called an "interpersonal information exchange facillitator". In other words, he tortured people and taught others how to do it too. he went everywhere, all the real vacation spots: Angola,Bulgaria, Bahrain, and finally Central America where he got noticed and as he puts it, "was drafted into the big leagues."

Jack is a very capable and hardened vampire due largely to his allready sociopathic nature. however, he used to be dour and humorless until Vicissitude started fucking with his mind. now he is that most dangerous of creatures....

Jack has managed to find a niche for himself among his sabbat brethren.He has created the Marketo di Sangria.(or market of blood) which abducts homeless people,runaways, and even other types of people if the price is right. The Auction is normally held on friday night and serves as a great boon to elders and scholarly types who hate hunting or who begrudge the time it takes away from their studies. Price is negotiable in blood,favors,cash,materials, and training in disciplines. The prices tend to go up in the case of special orders.

Jack likes animals.and experiments with ways to make them...better.He is very interested in learning Protean or Serpentis. Animals fascinate him and they are the one thing he never seems to joke about.He has a pair of crows named Heckle and Hyde that he uses for reconnaisance.
