Clothing Tendencies: The same kind of Gangsta rap junk that chiller wears...augmented slightly with his gang colors.

Known to: His pack and a few other sabbat. he has also run afoul of local Kuie-Jin who think of him as some kind of abomination

Ongoing Projects: Building a tiny empire with Chiller's help so that he can keep himself safe from the Kuie-Jin. Building alternate forms of Heroin supply. watching their collective back. Oh...he also enjoys playing the same kind of reindeer games as the rest of them. 

Circle and Influence: Joey has a small gang of about 8 guys who act as external security and de-facto drug distribution network.The group will probably not get much larger than this as Joey constantly suspects his group has been infiltrated. all of the gang is blood bound.

House:allthough, Joey commonly lairs with his packmates ,he also maintains at least one bolthole/apartment.

Hunting preferences/Blood source: Not picky. will take any offered to him. He is also free to graze Chiller's Herd (as long as he's not too rough with the livestock.)

Story: Joey never talks about his sire or his embrace. He came to this city packless and joined Chiller's pack because he thought he could take it over. Well. it turned out not to be so easy...and well, Chiller had some pretty good ideas... and if he wanted to be a big target....

Joey is building a small and muscular power-bloc to keep himself safe from the Kuie-Jin threat. He supports the pack because it is his best bet for survival. He's actually become friendly with all of the other vampires in the pack and he will jump into the middle of combat to save them because their vaulderies are very strong. However if Push comes to shove, Joey would also bail on his packmates to save his life.

Story Uses:

Second string Villian most likely to survive total pack destruction- Joey is pretty tough,careful,and unlikely to attack head-on unless cornered. Out of the entire pack, he's most likely to pull a fade if others are going down.

Humbling combat experience- Imagine a combatant who can obfuscate,move quickly,has wolf claws and the snake tounge thing...and knows kung-fu. Joeys bag of tricks is very flexible and he's capable of putting down threats out of porportion with his size. especially since he lets Clarence handle the straight on attacks.

Brain behind the throne- Joey is usually the one who advises Chiller most closely in terms of managing the business end of the pack's activities. Joey is usually the one who makes control over police possible and Joey is the one who is most capable of command in a emergency.
