History Sketch: Take a southern debutant and cross her with the Setites and you've probably got the most amoral creature to walk the planet. Promise is the original party girl. She owns a very exclusive club called Surrender Dorothy which caters to the most bizarre form of sexual taste and this has paid off in terms of Influence garnered from political and high society types. it's amazing what you can wrangle out of a city councilman when you have Video of him in a clown suit with a sheep.
