Other Notes:

Appearance:an unobtrusive, immaculately groomed, young man, with wavy hair and large expressive brown eyes. he is thin and of middling height and doesn't stand out in the crowd except for the fact that he's constantly rocking back and forth in his chair.

Clothing Tendencies: Imacculate black chinos and a clean button down workshirt of whatever color allways buttoned up to the top button. no ties. brown hushpuppies.

Known to: Camarilla kindred and a small sprinkling of supernaturals of nearly every type. some he likes, some he does not like.

Ongoing Projects:Travels around the city with the rest of his coterie in tow. Sometimes Ray takes somebody to their home and listens to their stories and then either kills them or releases them.

Circle and Influence: has some strings he can pull when he needs to. Haggles for prestation and other gifts very well but it's really all just a game to him. Rarely bothers using the power he has accumulated or the friends he's cultivated.

House:As far as anyone knows he doesn't have a permanent home. He does have a membership at a health club which he uses to clean up every other night. He has transit lockers which store his things all over the city.Roland taught him to earthmeld for his own safety.

Hunting preferences/Blood source: Ray dislikes pimps and chickenhawks or anybody else that disturbs the tranquility of the transit system.

Story:

  Not much is known about Ray's life before he came to the city. it's even a mystery to the other members of the Riding club. People who peer to closely into his past either get ditched or dominated or they provoke a serious frenzy that has been known to rip him out of anothers domination. Here is what is known about him:

1) Whatever it was that got him run out of another city,it wasn't diablerie but it did cost him a lot of his humanity. Ray only kills those with less humanity than himself, he has an unfailing instinct for this.

2) While a Nosferatu and a Gangrell are his best friends, otherwise he is compulsively neat and will scream like a woman if threatened with having dirt or blood thrown on him.

3) Ray is absolutely obsessed with all the various public transit systems. He rides from dusk until dawn

4) Ray is a collector of many things. He collect baseball card,records,Magick cards, and a half dozen other things. People who want to get on his good side will bring him a present.

5) Ray likes stories....a lot. He has enough ability to pick out supernaturals and enough social skills to get them to tell their stories. he also has enough dominate and other skills to elude capture.

6) Ray's life is about information. not wisdom. Many people come to him wanting questions answered he has an uncanny ability to rationcinate probabilities. but just like a computer ,it's GIGO.

7) Except for Roland and Ruthannn, all people who want to know things must tell ray things that he wants to know. Quid pro quo.

8) Ray has a weird knack for making friends everywhere.(actually it's not so weird,he also is interested in the stories of normal people and makes an incredibly good listener. he even does favors for some select friends.He is also usually unfailingly polite in the way a well mannered child is (which can be very charming.)

9) Roland has noticed that Ray has this weird ability with Math and suspects that he was a math teaching assistant or something before his embrace
