Sensory Sub-Dermal Radio Rank: 2 The fomor has a small radio receiver and transmitter implanted in the base of her skull. This allows her to receive orders and send information discreetly. The range is limited (about 25 miles radius), so it is usually only of use within the fomor's immediate circle (First Team, etc.). The radio frequency automatically shunts up and down the bandwidth, making it difficult for enemies to eavesdrop. Those receiving the transmission can hear everything that the fomor does. The fomor can shut the radio off at will, but Pentex can reactivate it discreetly from a distance to guard against treachery. Several of these devices have been captured by the Garou known as Monkeywrenchers. This has worried Pentex, and they are constantly improving the radios to discourage Garou tampering. Power Goggles Level 2, Gnosis 3,These goggles are a Bane fetish which allow the fomor to see Garou as they traverse the Gauntlet from the Penumbra to the physical world (roll Perception + Occult, difficulty 7, to be alerted in time). This may give the fomor that crucial, extra instant necessary to save his life.

Other Notes:Rory tends to wear armor in discrete business attire he wears class one reinforced clothing. When on the job wears a flak vest and accouterments(class 3) He also carries grenades: both white phosphorus and frag grenades wrapped in silver wire. The gas gun above fire tear gas and the pharmaballistic gun fires either Curare or tranquilizers or both. whenever expecting trouble, dons gas mask and goggles. also carries silver plated hand-cuffs and has a silver plated Bit apparatus he's working on.

Appearance:a human being as rendered by rob liefeld. Rory is tall,broad,muscular,blonde, and with craggy good looks. he move very quickly for a boy of his size. he radiates an unspoken menace.

Story:

There is no "I" in "Team" pretty much sums up Rory's entire philosophy of life. Rory's life came to a crashing halt when he was bounced from the Notre Dame team when it was found that he was abusing every kind of steroid there was, in order to improve his performance as quarterback. Some of those drugs that he was using were some of the early test batches of the Dr.Viridian formula and they interacted well with the other things swimming around in his system.

Pentex found the boy and made him an offer that he jumped at (not that he really had a choice.) Rory's Fomorism is fairly stable and he has been working in Pentex security for a number of years now.

Tactics: sadly, Rory is a great believer in the no-holds-barred-knock-down-drag-out-frontal-assault. he shouts and acts like a maniac in combat and because of his superior strength and stamina this tactic often works surprisingly well against even Garou opponents.(not to say that Rory is perfect, he's failed before but he always re-doubles his efforts thereafter.) Rory is quite capable of psyching himself into a berserk rage. and slugging it out toe-to toe with garou but he often prefers to soften them a bit before closing.(usually with a thrown grenade.) and then Roaring as he runs in. when he has the opportunity, he likes to get a garou down and kick the living shit out of them with his silver tipped boots.

Rory is an utter maniac, obsessed with football and see everything in that light. he has even reprimanded fomor under his command for not being where they were supposed to be during the "Play". His troops find him dominating,scary, and frustratingly enough,usually right. If tricked or beaten, he will take any opportunity to get another try against that garou on the other "Team". He bores the shit out of everyone with his football talk. and at times people have to communicate concepts to him in football-speak for it to get through to him. As far as Pentex Brass is concerned,He gets results...end of story.
